03/09/2026: I went to buy a ham croissant and paid with a €5 note. The very unpleasant saleswoman told me she wouldn't accept my note because it was slightly torn. I'm willing to listen to arguments, but the way this older-looking, bespectacled saleswoman spoke to me is unacceptable in a shop. Once again, the service isn't what it used to be from these so-called artisans. So I didn't buy the croissant. I'll buy my groceries at Intermarché; at least they don't refuse my money. I strongly advise against stopping at this shop.
12/08/2026: Passing through Béziers and looking for a birthday cake, the manager of the motorhome area in Maraussan recommended this shop, saying it was the best! I was blown away by the chocolates, pastries, and more... The welcome was also very friendly. A great place to stop! 😍✨🌸

08/08/2026: Very disappointed, not by the meal... because there wasn't one. We've been several times before and everything has always gone well despite the crowds... And then this! We arrive, are seated, and wait patiently (I should point out that there weren't many people there). Other people arrive... and we're still waiting... And then the young man starts taking orders from the people who arrived after us... Not wanting to cause a scene, we left. This person clearly doesn't know how to run a restaurant.
24/07/2026: We were disappointed.
We were served three croissants.
I asked if they could exchange a defective croissant (see photo) for a normal one.
The manager, Ms. Monier, told me a croissant is a croissant.
The cleanliness was appalling. They weren't wearing gloves.
Avoid this place; it's filthy. They handle the money and serve you afterward.
She told me she couldn't take it back because she had touched it.
The croissant was as hard as concrete.
It ended up in the trash.

03/10/2026: I was waiting for a friend to place an order, but I received a very poor welcome at reception. Oh well, it was a large order. I don't recommend them.

Déjà les verres étaient sales, on demande à les changer, la serveuse nous dit qu'elles ont pas me temps de les laver correctement !!????
Je vais aux toilettes, catastrophe un.manque d hygiène..abusé !
1h30 d attente pour une planche de charcuterie..normal la serveuse nous dit que le cuisinier arrive à 19h...
Il n assume pas la notoriété de la place qu'ils ont, c'est dommage !!

my boyfriend and I had a very bad experience, starting from the fact that no one served us for 40 min... when I tried to speak in English to the manager (heavy guy, he looks like a short and rude Viking), to ask for honey with the cheeses, he shouted at me... in a threatening manner he went to my (French) boyfriend shouting why he hadn't spoken to him in French and had sent me who spoke in English.
in short... we sat in this bar in the hope of being able to relax in front of an aperitif and we found this sort of hobbit who allowed himself to shout at us and threaten us!
shocking!!!!
