Many thanks to the team who joyfully sang "Happy Birthday" to my father-in-law, which was followed by all the guests. A beautiful place with wonderful people. In Thiers, this is a place not to be missed.

02/03/2026: - A real find, a very, very good little neighborhood restaurant. 👍😋 Thiers still has some lovely little gems: some charming boutiques, beautiful knives, and excellent little places to have lunch without breaking the bank; Le Chaudron is one of them.
- Very friendly welcome and service. ☺️
- Homemade: The truffade is amazing! The cabbage sausage is too. 👍😋 The French toast is delicious.
- Very pretty and rather cozy setting. 🤩 Charming, like a medieval cellar or shop.
- In short, simply a good and beautiful place.
(Don't go in blind, because it's dangerous.) 😂🤣😂

05/01/2026: We were absolutely delighted with our meal! The food was delicious, plentiful, and made with love! The service was truly perfect! A special mention to the owner, Mélanie, who is so kind and professional! We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thiers!

19/03/2026: As a regular customer, I came in last night, a little before closing time, and I was very disturbed by the way a manager (recognizable by her different t-shirt) spoke to an employee in front of the customers. The tone was inappropriate, and the situation was truly sad to witness.
Respect and professionalism should remain essential, especially in public.

22/02/2026: What a surprise to find ourselves back in the 1990s! Nothing has changed. Same decor, same bathroom. It's high time they brought it up to date.
As for the food, it was bland. The buildings are in a deplorable state. It's a shame, but we won't be returning to the Campanile.
18/02/2026: A stay at the Campanile in Thiers followed a certain internal logic.
The bathroom was marred by visible mold on the walls, grout, and behind the towels, creating a constantly damp atmosphere. While the bathroom did have heating, its switch moved freely and wasn't connected to anything, rendering any attempt to turn it on futile, even in cold weather. Overall, this demonstrates a particularly questionable level of maintenance and consideration for guest comfort. Not recommended.

16/12/2023: repas le midi, en semaine pour le boulot, le lieu est très, très prisé, réservation plus que fortement recommandé... plus de plat du jour, on nous propose une pièces du boucher, soit ! Viande excellente, belle pièce à la cuisson parfaite ! accompagnée de frites qui semblent réellement maison... service très sympa et à accueil souriant..les desserts pris par les convives de notre table semblaient excellents et en portion généreuse. Le seul bémol pour ce lieu .. le bruit, on ne s'entend pas parlé 😅, donc le midi pour un repas en amoureux ou au calme 😅 passez... pour le reste, ne pas hésiter

30/08/2024: Super déjeuner dans cette crêperie en plein cœur de Thiers. Nous étions 8 avec 4 enfants, pas de souci. Très bien accueillis, les crêpes étaient excellentes, service au top du serveur. Ambiance chaleureuse
