29/03/2026: A wonderful dinner at Assemblage in Salies-de-Béarn. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely English-friendly — rare and so appreciated. The menu focuses on fresh, local small plates that really showcase the region's produce, paired with an excellent selection of regional wines. Honest, unpretentious cooking in a warm atmosphere. If you're visiting Salies-de-Béarn, this is the place to eat. Highly recommend!
14/02/2026: My husband and I just had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's Day and our 29th wedding anniversary. The owner was incredibly welcoming and a fantastic cook, his wife was so friendly, attentive, and always smiling, and the young waiter was just as wonderful. The menu was perfect, original, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

03/04/2026: Excellent homemade food at a great price, and the service was very friendly and efficient; so much so that we went back two days later. A good variety of dishes, and I must give special mention to the 'garbure', a delicious local specialty.

The service is also very attentive!
I highly recommend this place for a gourmet lunch!
26/02/2026: We stopped for a cappuccino and lemonade on market day, naturally accompanied by a few sweet treats. The cakes are exceptional, the decor is lovely, and the service is equally excellent!

17/08/2024: Very slow service by employees who we felt like they were bothering us. You have to ask for the same thing several times before you get it almost reluctantly. No problem seeing someone arrive when you have to pay the bill. Small consolation!
15/08/2024: Today at 2:20 p.m., on the terrace, unwelcoming service, very long... I do not recommend.

13/09/2024: Jolie cadre, mais ça s arrête la, bonne entrée , mais le tartare était très médiocre, surtout la viande, pas de préparation, pas de sauce, le serveur nous dit qu il fallait les demander. Incroyable

07/08/2024: We had a very nice stay at this hotel.
The room is simple but clean, and it is very well soundproofed. The bedding is very comfortable.
The breakfast is very good, salty and sweet, the products are of very good quality.
We also ate at the restaurant for lunch, which we enjoyed. And in addition to being excellent, the cuisine is plentiful.
Dogs are accepted everywhere, even by the pool (on a leash).
The staff is very helpful, smiling.
A real pleasure !
We will come back with pleasure!
