26/08/2026: Eating on the terrace, under the wisteria, on a quiet Thursday, away from the market crowds, in August is already a delight. Then comes the friendliness of the staff… and finally, the menu… A feast for the eyes, the taste buds, and the wallet 🙂 A wonderful experience.
I highly recommend this place 👍
Remember to book; it's essential to get a table.
25/08/2026: One of our favorite restaurants! Everything is excellent; you can really tell it's all homemade with quality ingredients. The dishes are full of flavor and always perfectly prepared. And on top of that, the service is fantastic: the couple who run the restaurant are lovely, super friendly, and welcoming. A truly wonderful place!

02/05/2026: After a somewhat mixed first visit in August 2024, we returned for a stay in Béarn. For me, Le Chalet is now the best restaurant in Salies, thanks to the quality of the ingredients, the superb decor, and the ambiance, which this time was a very pleasant and mellow concert – thank you Rosewoodcover! 😉 The owners are incredibly attentive, and it's clear they're invested in their establishment, as are their employees. I highly recommend it! 😊

Profitez de la terrasse avec une belle vue.
Ne pas hésiter à réserver pour la terrasse.
