16/07/2026: Nice place for a drink, facing the port.

15/07/2026: We came to this bar/restaurant on the evening of the firefighters' ball, our first time there. We wanted to eat... but after paying €15 for a mojito... that's €30 for two... That was it... even though it was good. How do you expect people to come? What justifies €15 for a mojito? When you see one or more restaurants we know where the starter, main course (fish or meat), and dessert are all homemade with fresh ingredients, nothing frozen, and the total is €45... how can you justify €15 for mint, sugar, rum, and lemon? It's surprising that people are counting... We're in Port-Vendres, not on the French Riviera... and nothing justifies this. We try to go to different places when the price is fair and the products are good, and we say so. But not here. We were shocked. We're not in Bordeaux or Paris, and as I said, this is unacceptable. Sorry, you need to review your prices. The location doesn't justify this price for a mojito. And that needs to be said.

12/08/2026: There are restaurants you discover... and others you immediately want to share with others. La Côte Vermeille is one of those. Here, deliciousness isn't just a whispered promise: it arrives at the table with real character. Aromas that tantalize the senses, textures that make you want to return even before you've put down your fork, dishes that know exactly how to awaken that little voice inside that says, "Come on... just one more bite." You come for lunch or dinner... and you find yourself lingering, because there are places where you simply don't want to look at the time. You savor, you share, you revel in the experience, and above all, you leave with a very clear desire to return. So if you're in Port-Vendres, don't just walk by. Push open the door, sit down, let your appetite guide you... and treat yourself. Because some places deserve to be tasted. The Côte Vermeille deserves to be experienced…

12/08/2026: August 2026, we arrived without a reservation and received a very personal welcome. We were introduced to the new menu items, including a bonito pissaladière (see photo) that you absolutely must try! The delicious Zarzuela, with its trio of fish, squid, and shrimp, all served with a rich, reduced sauce that's simply irresistible... and to finish, a baba au vieux mar de Baniuls, which is simply divine. Thank you again for this lovely experience! See you next year. August 2025 at 1:50 pm, we arrived without a reservation and were accepted! A very warm welcome, exquisite cuisine with exceptionally fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the bouillabaisse, which is absolutely delicious. Keep up the good work, and we look forward to returning on our next visit.

15/07/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars except for the atmosphere, because the food and service were truly excellent. However, there was one thing that bothered me a lot. Seeing a waiter, who was very friendly, professional, and impeccable throughout the entire service, being reprimanded in front of the customers was really inappropriate. Honestly, I was on the verge of saying something, but I held back. This kind of situation makes both the staff and the customers uncomfortable. It's a shame, because it tarnishes what would have been a perfect experience.

15/06/2026: This is the perfect place to enjoy excellent cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Attentive service and a family-run establishment. We will definitely return on our next trips to Port-Vendres in Spain.

22/05/2026: Excellent seafood meal, especially, but the meat dish is also very good and well-prepared. The servers are pleasant and efficient. The atmosphere, reminiscent of a fisherman's day, by the water's edge with a view of the fish stall, is charming.

18/05/2026: I recommend it. The lunch menu was excellent. The waitress was pleasant.
