02/04/2024: Arriving in Thuir by chance of a smartbox we were pleasantly surprised by the cuisine of the Catalan patio. Everything was perfect and congratulations to the chef. Not forgetting the room service.

The service is impeccable.
The “almost Tiramisu” is killer.
And what's more, it's open on public holidays, which doesn't spoil anything.
We'll come back and talk about it.
06/05/2024: My opinion concerned the Arbequine and its chef Guillaume and not the Istinto restaurant where I did not go. The Arbrquina has closed its doors. It was an excellent quality restaurant in Thuir, which I regret. Menu from Wednesday lunchtime to Friday lunchtime excellent for 18 euros.
Very pleasant service from Arnaud and Nathanaël. I warmly recommend.

15/03/2024: Had a great overnight stay in this charming hotel on our way to Spain. Very tastefully decorated rooms, clean and a very friendly and hospitable owner. We will definitely come back for several nights.
18/02/2024: I recommend this address,
Warm welcome, excellent cuisine worthy of a chef. The menu at 19th is a nice surprise, a treat whether it's fish or beef.
