03/01/2024: L’Essentiel, the simplest and most divine restaurant in the city. I dare to write it after having tasted almost everything. I still hope to discover a few dishes whose plate is still “clean” even after having tasted, devoured, deliciously “enjoyed” each mouthful. 9 rue Rachais, the landmark of the true Lyonnais.
24/11/2023: From the outside, this little restaurant doesn't look like much. Inside, the welcome is excellent, sincere, almost friendly. The cuisine is fine, excellent. Taste the salmon. Everything is made on site, desserts included. And the prices are very reasonable. We went there and came back. THANKS!

07/03/2024: We had a great evening as a family and our 8 year old son enjoyed it so much that he absolutely wanted to give a positive review.
08/12/2023: Le 136 offers careful and truly well-cooked dishes based on quality products.
If reading the menu you might think that the offerings are simple, they have the merit of being cooked using fresh produce and with a certain finesse.
The desserts are well presented but also very tasty.
Good choice of quality wines.
Very clean establishment and efficient and attentive service.

I was looking for a very specific tea accessory that they unfortunately no longer had in store (and/or on sale individually), despite this, they were incredibly kind and professional in advising me on my search on this subject despite the fact that I could not find what I was looking for in their store (which is something very rare!) Many thanks to you :)
I recommend this store where you will be extremely well advised by competent, caring and friendly people!

17/09/2023: I stayed 40 hours in Lyon. The comptoir 77 was close to where I lived. I was hungry so I chose to stay nearby for food. The chicken and dissert are very good and I really like the service. It might be slow but it was sincere. I will order local food from Lyon next time :)
