14/07/2026: A good bakery with delicious, fresh products. However, the service is appalling, and you really get the feeling you're bothering them. No friendliness, no service whatsoever, which is a real shame because the prices are attractive and the products are of very good quality! Note that there's nowhere to sit once you're there, but the Place de l'Europe right next door is a perfectly good option!

02/05/2026: Bakery in Les Halles. The bread was delicious and reasonably priced. I also bought some "oreillets," very similar to those made in Spain.

12/06/2026: Absolutely fantastic! I live in Saxe-Gambetta and it's a place I really love! A very friendly place with highly professional and caring staff! I recommend it 100%!

12/06/2026: Looking for a place to work in Lyon, I came to this establishment for an afternoon of remote work and was greeted with a smile. The setting is super cute, the music is good, and the owner and staff are really pleasant. A special mention for the Viennese coffee—simple but incredibly effective. I recommend it!

19/05/2026: I wanted to change up the sauce on my wrap and they didn't let me do that because "one sauce is more expensive" that's a great way to make me not come back again. Otherwise it's cool.

30/11/2025: We organized a family birthday celebration with about twenty people. We received a wonderful welcome. The food and wines were exquisite and of excellent quality. I highly recommend it.

27/11/2025: The wait and service were far from commensurate with the price. It took an hour between arrival and being served. The dishes were tasty but not filling.

28/04/2026: A small but very pleasant restaurant, with a truffle fondue that's perhaps one of the best in Lyon. It's child-friendly and the service is very attentive.

23/04/2026: Two reservations cancelled, one at the last minute due to a supposed lack of cook and one for an undisclosed reason. This is starting to become a problem.

31/01/2026: I absolutely hated the fries. My hamburger came with boiled potatoes that had been deep-fried in oil that tasted like old, used, and expired oil. I think my comment about the potatoes didn't sit well with the owner, because she didn't even offer to replace them and insisted her frying oil was fine in front of other customers ordering the same thing. In any case, I found the taste awful and the potatoes inedible.

14/01/2026: The only thing it resembles with a Corsican restaurant is that they don't accept credit cards. The decor is unusual but pleasant, and there's a good atmosphere. The owner is friendly, however, the food is a complete disaster. The burger is a disaster; everything is mass-produced, with an industrial bun and a cheap frozen patty. The microwaved sautéed potatoes are soggy. Even the salad dressing doesn't seem homemade. The other dishes are the same: frozen vegetables and a supermarket-style soufflé. The desserts redeem things somewhat, but again, nothing Corsican. Don't trust the 5-star reviews from the owner's friends or family; as another reviewer says, leave this place to the regulars and stay away!

13/04/2026: Magnificent space, I recommend it a thousand times over, even ten thousand times if not more. Everything is beautiful: the owners, the service, the food, the atmosphere, and it's only 2 minutes from the train station. Bravo to La Pause Gourmande! Zyad lives up to its name. 07/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place, the owner is awful. I went in to buy a pack of cigarettes, and there wasn't even a greeting. I went outside to sit on the terrace, and before I could even say I was having a cigarette while waiting for a friend, the owner told me I wasn't supposed to be smoking on a public bench! I was shocked by his aggression; he practically looked at me like he was about to hit me. It's a shame because, as a shopkeeper next door, I'm going to be spreading the word.

03/05/2026: Garibaldi Street has been renovated, including the removal of the underpasses. Finally, the urban highway has been removed for the benefit of residents. Only the end of the street remains to be completed.

24/04/2026: The escalator has been out of order for over a year. I don't know what you're waiting for to fix it! It's incredibly inconvenient!

02/08/2026: The blonde waitress on August 1st was very annoyed. She was asked, "I'd like some coffee." She replied irritably and with a delay. And when she was asked to grind it again because she'd forgotten, she rolled her eyes. Advice to this young woman: "Customers come to you; it's an easy job. Find a job where you're the one seeking out customers, and you'll see the difference. I promise you'll change your behavior."

04/07/2026: Delicious coffee, but the saleswoman ruined everything with her disdainful and incredibly unpleasant behavior! Keep your inappropriate comments to yourself!

31/03/2026: This is ridiculous! I waited an hour for the fries to get cold, I asked for an extra order and they forgot it! Absolutely ridiculous! 🤦🏽

18/03/2026: The hamburger was completely smashed, the meat was cold, there was a drop of sauce and that was it. I called and they told me next time, I'd give me a discount 🤦‍♀️ Anyway, I waited 40 minutes for this and in the end I didn't even eat it

13/05/2026: As a regular at both the restaurant and salad bar, here are my comments: - Restaurant: I highly recommend it. The dishes are tasty and made with good ingredients, with some options that are a bit different from the usual fare. The service is good and the wait is reasonable! It's great to have a restaurant like this in the neighborhood. - Salad bar: The ingredients seem fresh and the pre-prepared dishes are quite good and varied. However, my disappointment with the salad bar is growing with each visit, as the portions are getting smaller and smaller. On my last visit, I could barely see the bottom of my container, even though I chose a pasta base and selected four ingredients. I found that rather meager (it's usually quite generous). At the price of the salad, you expect to be satisfied, which is increasingly less the case. Thank you for taking this negative point into account and best of luck.

03/07/2026: Puzzled to see the average rating of this place is only 3 stars. Its an unabashed traditional French restaurant. My experience is that it is a very good one! Really top quality ingredients, well prepared and presented, with nice wine. If that isn't what you want, don't go there! There are plenty of other places in Les Halles Paul Bocuse.

24/06/2026: A delightful surprise awaits at the Passionnement Truffes restaurant, located in the legendary Marché de Lyon Paul Bocuse. Dishes are prepared to perfection, following the purest French tradition, and are surprisingly fresh and well-prepared. Highlights include the Volleyball and Mushroom Fricassee with Morel Cream and the Veal Rognons with Port Sauce.

06/07/2026: We had a very good meal and the atmosphere on the terraces was pleasant. No car noise.

30/06/2026: Warm goat cheese salad consisting of lettuce, warm goat cheese, tomatoes, and cucumber. You can tell right away there aren't many ingredients. When the salad arrives... without cucumber! And with cheap white bread... the disappointment is complete. I told the waitress but didn't pass it on to the owner.
