However, the food was excellent. Everything was made with fresh ingredients, and the hamburger was cooked to a perfect 10/10. The prawns were more like shrimp, but still very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The wife and husband were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend it.

16/04/2026: A nice little restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside, but once inside, it reveals all its old-fashioned charm.
The menu is full of local specialties, the food is delicious and the portions are generous (you have to be hungry).
The staff is very pleasant and helpful; the only downside is the slightly cramped seating.
I recommend it.

06/04/2026: You should be curious and take a look upstairs at this traditional Lyonnais restaurant (bouchon), where you'll be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. As a family with two young children, we were pampered. Thank you for delighting our taste buds.
The setting is perfect. We will definitely be back. Kudos to the team for their warm welcome and responsiveness during our meal.

12/04/2026: This Bouchon was so enjoyable I returned a second time during my short stay in Lyon because I knew it would be another great experience, and it was. They have many gluten free items - labeled with an orange star - which of course helps. It was the overall experience, and delicious food, that brought me back though, and will again, if I am lucky enough to visit Lyon another time.
