06/02/2026: We were looking for a place to enjoy a good wine and some appetizers before dinner. Nice selection of wines by the glass! We then had a mix of cheeses, delicious. The owner is kind and welcoming! I'm not sure I'd go there again, but if you happen to be passing through, it's the perfect place!

15/05/2026: We came to try this restaurant, but our experience was rather mixed. Seeing only one server doing his job and running around while the waitress seemed more interested in her phone and slouching at the bar than in the waiting customers was unprofessional. It made us feel unwelcome. We also noticed cocktails on another table, yet we weren't offered any suggestions. Perhaps they should be added to the menu? Another minor drawback was the restrooms, which were really inadequate: they were neither high enough nor well-lit enough. Moving on to the food: the portions were quite reasonable. It was a real shame, however, to eat hot dishes on cold plates. At the same time, when only one server has to take care of the entire dining room, it's understandable… However, it was a pleasure to discover a new menu. The ribeye steak was good, although the accompanying pepper sauce was a bit too spicy. We will definitely return once improvements have been made to enjoy an even better experience.

23/05/2026: The Lyonnaise salad was very expensive, and the service was deplorable. We had to ask for our order after sitting for 20 minutes; one of the waitresses was clearing tables next to us instead of taking our order. We had to ask for bread. And the desserts arrived before our table had been cleared. In short, the service really needs improvement. The food is typical of a typical Parisian restaurant.

21/05/2026: A restaurant with delicious food, especially the chocolate dessert, which was truly delicious. The service was also exceptionally friendly and the decor was atmospheric. Definitely a place worth returning to.

07/06/2026: We stopped here because we love Tapas. We were so lucky to find this gem. Subtle seasoning to the amazing small plates. Enough to make you slow down and really taste to understand what you are eating. The sommelier was spot on for recommendation. All organic wine and a cheese plate that had a wonderful selection for texture and flavor. Hyper local and the chef is truly original.

31/03/2026: An OK option if you can’t find anywhere else to have lunch in Vieux Lyon. Service was good and staff were nice but the food isn’t great for what you pay. There’s better options in a gastronomical paradise like Lyon.

24/05/2026: We were there this Saturday evening... A divine family moment. The venue with a sublime view of Lyon. The 7-course menu was perfect... The service was top-notch and our sommelier Fabien, who advised us, was perfect... A very nice experience that we will repeat.

22/05/2026: I came in and repeatedly explained that I have a condition that prevents me from eating gluten, yet I was served a dish containing it twice... I do not recommend this restaurant if you have dietary restrictions, as you risk getting sick. Disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber.

10/05/2026: Very disappointed. The gentleman was very kind; we bought seven different desserts, and he gave us a "day-old" Paris-Brest. Unfortunately, they were all probably several days old and were dry, so we didn't even try the last cake.

03/05/2026: We celebrated my birthday here, and unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The food was visually beautiful and creative, but overall quite bland, more focus on aesthetics than flavor. Service was also underwhelming from the start, with staff avoiding eye contact and coming across as distant rather than welcoming. Midway through the evening (after about four courses), something seemed to go wrong internally with the staff, and the whole experience unraveled. Service essentially stopped - not just for us, but for several tables around us. We waited over an hour for dessert with no updates, no water refills, and no offers for additional drinks. It genuinely felt like we had been forgotten. This was the first time I’ve been in a restaurant where I was actively hoping to leave. When the desserts finally came, the experience had already been overshadowed. To top it off, as we were literally walking out the door, they realized it was my birthday and offered a small cake, but by then it felt like an afterthought, and we didn’t stay. Overall, a disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion.

16/12/2025: Tasty and creative dishes, a wide selection of both the à la carte and daily menus; a good selection of wines. I particularly appreciated the care taken in preparing the vegan dish with grilled vegetables and bean puree.

28/05/2026: Discovered on TikTok, this bistro hosted my very first solo meal, and the experience was wonderful. The food is excellent, with a special mention for the braised beef chuck in porcini mushroom sauce, followed by a particularly varied and generous selection of gourmet coffees. Beyond the food, the staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and very welcoming. You instantly feel enveloped by the warm atmosphere of a meal at your grandmother's house. A truly precious find.

27/05/2026: A constantly renewed delight, this charming residence, with its unique and beautiful rooms, is located in the heart of Old Lyon. And that's coming from someone from Saint-Étienne (no less!).

08/06/2026: A very warm welcome and a magnificent view of Lyon. Lunch was very good, beautifully presented. It's a shame we didn't fully understand what was being served. It's also a shame the table wasn't cleaned (bread crumbs, etc.) between courses, especially for a fine-dining restaurant. A thoughtful touch for my birthday.
