01/03/2026: We chose this restaurant to treat my grandmother and enjoy a pleasant family meal, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from beginning to end. The service was particularly disorganized: half the table was served while the other half was still waiting for their food, forcing us to eat at completely different times. The same thing happened again when it came to dessert. To make matters worse, the waitress was unpleasant and made inappropriate remarks, even though the problems clearly stemmed from the service. After calmly speaking with the manager to explain the situation, we received no compensation whatsoever, only apologies accompanied by the excuse that the servers "aren't professionals." This is hard to accept when you pay for a professional service. We were even close to leaving without paying, as the table monitoring and checks seemed nonexistent. A regrettable experience: when you are not trained in the restaurant business, it would be better not to subject customers to this lack of professionalism.
