19/09/2024: We shared a dinner with 3 people choosing the 6-course menu. Overall our experience was very good, the setting of the room is very beautiful, the work of the chef and his brigade is truly top-notch with surprising dish pairings and we had a wonderful culinary journey! Note, but it's personal, we are not fans of "surprise" menus which have been very common for several years, not allowing us to anticipate tasting the chosen dish, especially since a large number of dishes follow one another. We did not appreciate the sommelier abandoning our table when choosing the second wine, in this case the red! Replaced by 1 of the servers. Amazing! In the flow of the meal, there was a fairly long wait when the beef (magnificent dish) was served, which disrupted the dynamics of the dinner. The occasion of 1 anniversary of our dinner gave rise to 1 special attention for the very nice guest, downside the waiter had the wrong guest! Finally, such a personal touch I don't like the waiter's announcement at the time of cheese with a supplement of 15€. I consider this to be a mistake in taste, not all guests have to know this price again, especially guests knowing that it is indicated in the menu. The time spent remains very pleasant, we didn't see the chef to congratulate him or exchange a word, doesn't he do that? Our visit will require returning to get a better opinion.

11/08/2024: Côté PLUS : on apprécie la qualité de la viande, la vue dégagée sur la vallée, des jeunes au service qui font le job, une assiette gourmande en désert originale. Côté MOINS : quelques mouches, la patronne très concentrée, un panier de frites un peu léger et surtout des entrées très chers (2 euros de moins) que le plat .. ce qui à dissuader.

25/08/2024: We came yesterday with our little 14 month old baby, we faced a group of extremely unpleasant customers faced with 30 seconds of cries from our baby who wanted something on the table given that he does not yet know how to speak. It was difficult to understand what he wanted. The restaurant team was great in dealing with these insolent people. They moved us directly to another table, taking matters in hand and trying not to escalate the situation which was getting out of control. A big thank you for your sympathy and kindness towards us and that of our baby. It was excellent, very generous, generous and great value for money. We'll come back with pleasure ☺️
