04/01/2024: . the meat is certainly very good.
But it should be highlighted.
The beef carpaccio could be accompanied, for example, with ground pepper and salt. With good olive oil. And a plate decoration (parmesan shavings, caper flowers etc...)...
That would be a plus for sure.

03/04/2024: Mixed and supportive opinion, we love places like this and are usually delighted with them. Arriving at midday on a 22°C day, the waitress forbade us to sit outside "because the pancakes cool quickly and afterwards it's disgusting". Impossible to discuss, the tone is dry: it is like that and not otherwise. We seem like little children who cannot make the decision on their own. So we were installed at the toilet door in the small, crowded room without windows, what a waste on a beautiful spring day! We received the first crepe quickly, it was good but nothing spectacular. On the other hand, we waited more than 15 minutes for our order to be taken for the crepe dessert (not really well filled) and despite the fact that the waitress passed by us several times and even took the orders of other customers. Bad room management, result in more than 55 minutes to eat 2 pancakes, we chose this place so as not to have to wait too long, we missed out. And the worst: both of us have a stomach ache for the rest of the day...

25/03/2024: We had lunch at the dahut at 4:50 p.m. Good price but nothing homemade. Well, it’s a bistro, not really a restaurant. The quality is not there. It's more like frozen, even for white bread that is quickly defrosted. Otherwise, good welcome and good service

24/03/2024: Good welcome ! But what a disappointment regarding the daily menu! Ocean salad not at all appetizing without really knowing what was on the plate.... paupiette of very poor quality, worthy of a low-end canteen. Only the porcini mushroom sauce was tasty! Raspberry melba dessert with 4 raspberries! Frozen white bread....

07/05/2024: Restaurant where you eat very well, the place is quite old school, it feels like grandma's.
Super friendly service, an old-fashioned restaurant with friendly cuisine, according to the manager the restaurant will be closed, it's a shame given the quality of the dishes offered.
I have been there several times and have never been disappointed.
Restaurants like this are rare and authentic.
24/03/2024: Don't stop at the facade, decoration in its traditional cuisine carried out with a master's hand by a chef concerned about the taste pleasure of his customers. The manager has a strong character, it goes well or not... too bad

09/03/2024: Well located hotel with a perfect welcome. On the other hand, the neighbors on the phone until late in the morning can be heard as if they were next door and their cigarette smoke is passing from room to room. As a bus driver, 9 hours of driving awaited me in the middle of the mountains. Hard hard with so little rest offered. Damage.
26/02/2024: Lovely staff but aging hotel. It is a mountain hotel with wooden decor. My room reeked of stale tobacco, the smell was very unpleasant. The furniture was old, the bathroom needed to be redone. €12 for breakfast is far too excessive. I was in a 2* the next day which offered an all-you-can-eat breakfast for €8 with 4 kinds of bread, rusks, fresh fruit, omelettes, bacon sausages, 4 kinds of yogurt, compote... much more complete.

Seeing the reviews I was skeptical. I ask if the pizzas are homemade (the waiter obviously answers yes twice)
Obviously frozen pizza.
He clearly made fun of me.
They also do not have to pay for electricity, as cold inside as outside.

08/09/2023: I had lunch Saturday afternoon at the restaurant with my family. Lunch was really very good and refined. The setting is magnificent and the quality/quantity/price ratio is top notch. THANKS.
