31/01/2026: I ate at this restaurant last night and it was a bad experience. The table next to us was shouting and using very inappropriate language. The staff did nothing and laughed along with them. Then we asked for the bill and the waiter just looked at us and walked away without answering us. We've never seen anything like it. So, it was far too noisy and the staff were disrespectful.

24/01/2026: What an amazing week in Saint Martin, especially at Eskis where we had lunch three times! Everything was perfect for a fantastic time! 🤩 The whole team is incredibly enthusiastic and shares their good vibes. The food is absolutely divine (beautiful, delicious, and generous portions!). I think we tried almost everything: the salads, the burgers (the New Yorker is to die for 😋), the ravioli gratin, and the beef bourguignon. Big shout-out to Celime who pampered us, to Edgar who treated us to such wonderful meals, and to the owner who has the best team in the whole resort!!!
