23/07/2026: A superb experience for my first Michelin-starred restaurant.
We ate very well and the service was excellent!
18/07/2026: Lunch at 6 today. The food, service, setting, and ambiance were all admirable. The menu was generous, with flavors beautifully highlighted and balanced. It deserves more than one star. We will definitely return.
(Minor suggestion: the reduction of the sauces could be better balanced in two courses; perhaps adding a touch of acidity would be helpful?)
