05/09/2026: Very disappointed. We ate there in June and it was very good, reasonably priced. Today we went back to eat there and were very disappointed. Out of three courses, only one was good. The first course was smoked salmon, very salty; the second course was a steak tartare without eggs on top; the third course was a Caesar salad with a soft-boiled egg that tasted like it had come out of the freezer. We'll be sure to order a hard-boiled egg next time. The price was also high compared to June.

28/08/2026: The welcome was very good. The pizza was hard, way overcooked, and very difficult to eat, with poor-quality ingredients. It was almost entirely cheese and tomato sauce, with very little chorizo ​​or merguez sausage. I was very disappointed with the quality. I told the man making the pizzas that it wasn't good and was very hard on the edges and inside—a disaster.

15/08/2026: Very disappointing. We went there after reading the good reviews. The service was friendly, but our large glass of wine arrived at the end of my meal, which was lukewarm and which I ate cold, desperately hoping for the glass. We went to ask for it, but it only arrived at the end of the meal. They apologized and didn't charge us for it since we hadn't drunk it. That said, the dishes we ate (eggplant gratin, which turned out to be eggplant and pepper gratin, and escalope Bolognese) were decent but didn't justify the €26/€27 price tag. Especially since my escalope arrived barely lukewarm. Three courses and two courses cost over €80 for two people; you expect something more refined with locally sourced ingredients. You're paying for the location on the port of Dieppe. In short, expensive for what it is; I don't recommend it.

21/06/2026: Stayed 4 nights here and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 410 which is a nice room and well decorated and reasonably priced. The room is quiet, and you can hardly hear outside if you keep the windows shut. There is a pub behind the hotel which serves Guinness and a local lounge bar not far on the same street as the hotel which is quite handy The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the hotel is not far from local restaurants, some even open outside of normal meal hours. You are not far from small shops where you can buy most of what you would need when on holidays However, I cannot give more than 3 stars because of the following. -The Wi-Fi exists but with 5-6 MBPs, it is barely usable and definitely no way you can stream, it also cuts out regularly and at the end of the day, I used my 5G -The floor from the bed to the second part of the room slopes down, it is not flat, probably OK for most people but difficult if you have a disability walking as I do -The website mentions a bar,  https://www.hotelwindsor.fr/   but there is no bar, not only is there no bar, you cannot buy beer from reception, to make matters worse, there is no fridge in the room. Reception will, however, put your beer in their fridge upon request -The terrace outside the room is nice to have, but don't expect to be able to sit there and watch the sea unless you're very short and peep through the holes or extremely tall -There is no air conditioning or flow of air coming to the room, if you open a window, the outside is very noisy, and you have to keep the windows shut, the room can get a bit stuffy. -The Tripadvisor page says "Free High Speed Internet (WiFi)" which is false -The Tripadvisor page says "Free breakfast" which is also false

06/08/2026: We went there to eat with friends; the crepes were very good and there was a good selection. The back patio is very pleasant for enjoying the sun. I highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: The owner is super friendly. The small terrace at the back is lovely, and the salted caramel crepe is absolutely delicious!

28/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant. We were more than delighted. The menu offers excellent value for money. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the food is truly delicious. The half lobster was simply succulent. And the tarte tatin flambée with Calvados was divine. The staff is very pleasant.

26/05/2026: We went to celebrate an event and chose this gourmet restaurant that offered vegetarian dishes. It's quite rare to find such a service, and we were eager to see what they would offer. Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed that the menu only offered one dish: "seasonal vegetables." No starters, except for one main course where they offered to remove the fish. We had ordered the vegetable dish; it should be good, right? No, it was just awful! It was the same dish my partner ordered, the sea bass, but they had taken the trouble to remove the fish. There were pieces of carrot, a piece of broccoli, beetroot purée, and apples. Everything was steamed, some of it overcooked. Certainly vegetarian, but not very sophisticated, neither good nor a proper dish. And expensive. Generally, a visit to a restaurant is an opportunity to treat yourself, to eat things you wouldn't prepare at home, to be impressed by the skills of the kitchen staff. I was struck by the audacity of presenting themselves as a vegetarian-friendly restaurant without making the slightest effort to substantiate this claim. I can't comment on the other dishes, but judging by the care they took in preparing the vegetables, I'll let you form your own opinion. I advise the restaurant staff to either remove the claim of being vegetarian-friendly from their website or to genuinely offer vegetarian-friendly service!

15/09/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!! 30 euros for two prawns that tasted like water, two scallops that tasted like chewing gum, and undercooked carrots as a garnish. No sauce on the plate. The rice was like glue. And the fries? Don't even get me started—black and soggy.

16/05/2026: Hotel with a great location and friendly owners, however, the hotel is aging and could use some updating. The room was poorly ventilated (there was a smell upon arrival), and the breakfast was very mediocre: vacuum-packed jam, boxed orange juice, and no toaster available.

27/08/2026: I don't often leave negative reviews, but this is a "money-grabbing" place. On the website, for arrivals before 11am, the "moussaillons" meal is listed at €10.50 instead of €15.90, but upon arrival, we were told that we had to pay an additional €8 for unlimited entry on top of the €10.50 included in the menu. So, we were being charged for two entries that were supposed to be unlimited, which means possibly all day. Upon informing the receptionist, we were redirected to the manager, which is normal, but there was no real explanation other than it being a private company and needing to make a living, which I understand. However, unlimited access clearly means without a time limit... and no compensation was offered. On the other hand, as I was leaving, they made sure I had paid for my drinks. I had planned to take the package, have a meal, and then an afternoon snack, but for that reason alone, we left after our meal and didn't order anything else. Your packages are clearly designed to encourage overconsumption to increase your average bill; your management clearly needs to be reviewed, I think. Furthermore, the restaurant offers local products, but I ordered penne, which was listed as "complete and local" on the menu board, and I received plain white pasta. As for the "fresh" fries, they were clearly frozen, and the burger bun in the children's menu was hard; I doubt it was fresh that morning. My daughter ended up eating nothing but... The steak, but it must be a question of money; like everything else, we sell local products, but then we serve something else to the customers.

24/08/2026: Great for kids! The menu needs improvement; it's not very good and expensive for what you get. It was empty when we went, which I think is a shame since it opened.
