28/09/2024: We stopped here twice while visiting the cathedral - for a cappuccino and beer when we arrived in Rouen and for a meal when we left.
When we sat down to eat, it took a while for our table to be cleared by the previous person. But everything was okay.
Nice staff, fast service. Food was good, the house minced meat looked great, but unfortunately it was completely tasteless. Without seasoning it yourself, it tastes bland.
Otherwise absolutely nice restaurant in a great location.
14/08/2024: Unfriendly staff and far from friendly. No longer serves dishes from 8:30 p.m. and "does not make glasses of water because the waiters do not receive half-price salary", while one of us was drinking.
Inadmissible and sympathy needs to be reconsidered.

28/03/2024: The people here are so nice! They went out of their way to find a table for 12 of us. Fixed all of the food orders very quickly. And addressed all of our complaints. We love this place. Adrian is the best and all the ladies in the back. Hard workers.
23/03/2024: It had been years since I had bought bread from Paul and I took advantage of a visit to Rouen to buy 2 poppy seed loaves and 2 almond croissants.
What a desappointment ! Product quality has plunged. No risk of seeing them on M6 for the best bakery.
On the other hand, the price of products has increased significantly.

11/08/2024: La carte est atypique beaucoup de cocktails hors du commun ou presque. Mais ces prix?! Quelle arnaque mais vraiment. La brasserie est sur les quais de Rouen pas sur les champs Élysées de Paris. En plus de cela il faut attendre une éternité pour que l’on vienne prendre votre commande. Cocktail bon mais avec ce prix il devient limite amer. Et ensuite il faudra également hausser le ton pour vous entendre tellement la musique est forte. À éviter absolument. Préférez le snokker à côté. Sincèrement .

This hotel is completely abandoned to itself. The rooms are in a deplorable state, with non-existent cleanliness. The carpet is full of stains, and the duvet, without a cover, is just as dirty. The toilets are in a deplorable state, like the rest. The roller shutters don't even work properly, not going all the way down. The level of dirt is simply intolerable. It is incomprehensible that such a neglected establishment could have received three stars – it does not even deserve one.
Despite an ideal location and immense potential, this hotel is a total disaster. I strongly advise against it, especially given the prices charged. An experience to escape!
21/09/2024: Decent hotel for the price.
In fact, the bathroom is not very big, the mixer did not work well and for the TV only the classic channels work, but not the available applications. The room remained correct, in its original state but clean. Unfortunately it was a little cool but the pool was very tempting!
Our experience remains rather positive, we were well received by the staff and there is a very beautiful view from the room

05/07/2024: C’était calme et tranquille en terrasse dans ce bar dans son jus des années 50-60 jusqu’à ce que le patron arrive et hurle sur une cliente qui avait malheureusement mis ses pieds sur une chaise ! Ce n’est pas possible d’agresser verbalement ainsi les clientes et de sidérer ainsi toute la terrasse ! Ainsi que les serveuses dont une avait l’air terrifiée. L’autre malgré un tempérament bien trempé était bien impuissante aussi. Démissionnez mesdames et clientes, passez votre chemin devant ce bar au patron mâle blanc dominant agressif.

18/02/2024: Cleanliness does not seem to be there, especially the toilets. In recent months they have improved a lot, very clean but also become more of a bar for fans of betting like horse racing. Otherwise the bar and tobacconist are still there.

Ce restaurant qui était sympathique nous a déçu.
Le repas devient basique...pas de recherche
Le service décevant avec la serveuse classique qui est plus occupé avec sa famille que ses clients.
Bravo au stagiaire qui sert le repas, les boissons, qui nettoie les verres, fait les cafés, mais au final se fait reprendre en permanence par la serveuse.
Dommage, ça gene pour l'ambiance alors que ce petit jeune est volontaire.
08/06/2024: We called in on the chance that they had a table for 2 on a Saturday night, as it was late around 9pm we were lucky and they had one available. The service was impeccable and the food was beautiful. We had a pea panna cotta with chorizo crumb and mackerel pate to start both were lovely. Then we had steak & chips with a lovely cheese sauce and white fish with potatoes for main. The deserts were the icing on the cake chocolate crème brûlée and crème caramel both were amazing! The food was cooked to perfection and arrived at our table hot which was outside the norm in our trip. The service was faultless. A great little resturant I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if we were ever in Rouen again.
After our meal we wondered down to see the light show at the Cathedral which was definitely worth going to see.
