The wine has that name, and the rest was just a joke with the waiter 😉. An excellent restaurant with a great atmosphere that I highly recommend!! Thank you for this excellent time!!

17/07/2026: The only slight criticism I could make, especially for those unfamiliar with the region, is this: To point out and describe some unusual places: the Veolia waste treatment center in Rouen, nicknamed "the boat" because of its three ocean liner-style chimneys, the Flaubert Pavilion, the Napoleon Column, and the arrival point at La Bouille. The sea bass was divine, its delicate texture melting in my mouth on a slice of lightly sweetened French toast. I highly recommend it. My husband had a beef fillet cooked to perfection, not a single sinew in it. In short, an excellent restaurant, nothing to complain about. The restrooms were very clean, with protective film on the toilet seats. The waiters were professional, friendly, and efficient. Thank you, a wonderful evening. The folks from Landin.

03/06/2026: We started with the 5-course menu, but it was so delicious and enjoyable that we switched to the 7-course menu, and the staff and chef were very understanding and responsive 🤗 Our first favorite was the amuse-bouche, the Livarot tart, which was absolutely sublime, silky smooth, and full of character ❤️ The two desserts were also a hit. The bold use of acidity was followed by the wonderfully nostalgic and comforting chocolate. Thank you again for this timeless experience 🌺
