02/12/2024: Always a human welcome, good herbal teas and cakes.
We came on December 1st. The professionalism of the young girls impressed me so much, the hard work with a smile and the attention to everyone.
The playlist is chosen with taste by a saleswoman who works here and that's good. Because music accompanies the presence of visitors, gives an atmosphere. Well done to you.
19/11/2024: Regularity in the pastry I am from Rouen and pass there often, as good as beautiful I recommend everyone and welcoming and helpful!

17/12/2024: Je n’ai jamais rencontré de serveur aussi DÉSAGRÉABLE et avec un tel mépris, je pense que lui faire manger des carottes ne serait pas une mauvaise idée vu l’amabilité de la personne.
Le respect n’est visiblement pas donné à tout le monde, dommage.
12/10/2024: Serveurs sympathiques , et rapides patron aux petits soins nourriture digne d’une brasserie, tout est maison . Aussi les prix sont doux pour la situation ! Merci

Et à ma grande surprise le patron propose à la cliente de la faire véhiculer jusqu au donjon pour son confort

This hotel is completely abandoned to itself. The rooms are in a deplorable state, with non-existent cleanliness. The carpet is full of stains, and the duvet, without a cover, is just as dirty. The toilets are in a deplorable state, like the rest. The roller shutters don't even work properly, not going all the way down. The level of dirt is simply intolerable. It is incomprehensible that such a neglected establishment could have received three stars – it does not even deserve one.
Despite an ideal location and immense potential, this hotel is a total disaster. I strongly advise against it, especially given the prices charged. An experience to escape!
21/09/2024: Decent hotel for the price.
In fact, the bathroom is not very big, the mixer did not work well and for the TV only the classic channels work, but not the available applications. The room remained correct, in its original state but clean. Unfortunately it was a little cool but the pool was very tempting!
Our experience remains rather positive, we were well received by the staff and there is a very beautiful view from the room

09/06/2024: Saturday evening spent in this establishment, obviously after probable recent change of owner because decoration and menu different from those announced on the internet.
Layout of the room in complete white quite modest. Heartwarming welcome.
Menu composed of simple dishes, half based on fried poultry.
Disappointment with the basic, tasteless canteen-style cuisine (chicken leg without sauce with fries). At that price it's quite astonishing. Dessert small piece of tasteless cold apple pie, certainly frozen.
Despite everything, the meal was OK but the bill was rather high.

13/06/2025: A pleasant brasserie for dining in Rouen. The fish and chips are good, although a little light. The chocolate fondant isn't amazing. It gets the job done for a pretty decent price. The menu selection is limited, but it's sufficient. It's more suitable for a drink than a meal, though.

15/11/2024: Un très bel endroit, intimiste avec des produits de la région , et de bons vins.
Un gros bémol au serveur qui n’était pas le patron. Des remarques peu acceptables, évoquant les petites portions qu’ils mettra, demandant à ses clients de se dépêcher de commander car d’autres attendent. Déçue par ce peu de professionnalisme.
Nous préférons lorsque le patron est présent!

09/06/2024: Soirée agréable, établissement refait à neuf, bon rapport qualité-prix. Excellente cuisine, belle présentation, plats copieux. Un endroit à recommander sans hésitation.
Prendre la peine d'aller dans ce quartier peu fréquenté
