09/06/2024: Saturday evening spent in this establishment, obviously after probable recent change of owner because decoration and menu different from those announced on the internet. Layout of the room in complete white quite modest. Heartwarming welcome. Menu composed of simple dishes, half based on fried poultry. Disappointment with the basic, tasteless canteen-style cuisine (chicken leg without sauce with fries). At that price it's quite astonishing. Dessert small piece of tasteless cold apple pie, certainly frozen. Despite everything, the meal was OK but the bill was rather high.

29/07/2024: I appreciated the setting (terrace) and the traditional cuisine, which is of quality even if I find the dishes a little expensive; On the other hand, the service was very long, even though there were few tables.

09/09/2024: Stay here for a genuine Rouen French experience. It is an old historic building, with charming courtyard. It is wonderfully quirky. Rooms small and old but that is part of the charm. If you like anonymous chain hotels this may not be for you. But if you enjoy humanity in all its variety and splendour then enjoy here. The location in Rouen is perfect right in the heart of the old city, all major sights in easy reach. Some great restaurants close by.

08/06/2024: The room was probably the smallest, but you always make it work. The holder for the shower head was almost broken off, but at least it lasted our stay. We experienced that the room was not washed and thus towels were not changed 2/5 days. Nevertheless, it is a very cozy hotel which is very centrally located in the city and which has a lovely and old feel about it. All in all I had a nice stay.

24/06/2024: Very warm welcome, perfect, fast and attentive service. Delicious dishes. Lots of customers so a little noisy but we could have a conversation. I recommend and we will come back

22/06/2024: We found this restaurant when cycling past along the Seine and looking for somewhere to have lunch on a Sunday. Appears to be in the middle of an industrial estate but it is the location of out of town market. When we went there it was very busy with locals, it had pleasant outdoor seating area and food and service were very good.

26/09/2024: This is a café that lives up to its name. Everything is “in its own juice”. The atmosphere is very friendly. We meet again for a timeless consumption. It’s a place that you absolutely must discover!

10/09/2024: Kind and polite like all French people, in Italy we have lost a lot of courtesy and respect for others... I had the best coffee compared to the others and it is not easy to find it good.
