02/03/2024: Small restaurant in a hidden corner but nice. If the atmosphere is not crazy, it is not stuffy either. The waiters are cool, the food is very good, without going into the superlatives that I see in other reviews (try a real gourmet one first), innovative but at a high price, in too small quantities and sometimes not very sought after (egg mayo?, even prepared differently we are far from a goat's cheese cream in a banana leaf and saffron). As for the wine, although the menu is quite extensive, the result is not always the best and remains rather expensive.

05/09/2024: For a restaurant attached to a five star hotel you should be able to expect more. Very disappointing, service ….you would get better in a training college when the A, B and C team were away! When you see that the fish dish is priced on market price of fish is it wrong to expect a fish? To see a piece of fish the size of my big toe is insulting enough but for it to be dry and over cooked is a failure. The peas were nice! If you offer a menu of internationally recognisable cocktails then make them recognisable, I ordered a Negroni and I’m so glad there were no Italians around to see the disaster that was served! In a town where great restaurants are in abundance it’s not surprising that when standing outside the restaurant it doesn’t even come up on a TripAdvisor search, enough said.

26/08/2024: Restaurant réputé mais vraiment pas au niveau. La salade Paul, qui est quand même à plus de 14 € contenait beaucoup de salade, quelques tranches de chèvre cendré et quelques petits morceaux de magret de canard...pour un plat principal, c'était vraiment très juste...le poulet normand bien dur et surtout pour finir, la coupe normande avec trois petites boules de glace, l'une sur l'autre sans aucune présentation. Une honte pour un restaurant de ce niveau. A éviter. Trop touristique.

17/08/2024: Om 1630 kan je niks te eten krijgen. cappucino met heel veel cacao zonder te vragen. Dus geen melkschuim want dat lost op in cacao. Zo jammer dat je dat in horeca niet begrijpt.

26/07/2024: Nella piazzetta vicino al museo des beaux arts. Servizio ai tavoli esterni ottimo. Ottime insalate e buonissima tarte salate. Ingredienti freschi e buoni. Ottima scelta se passate da qui. Buon viaggio.

06/09/2024: VERY long wait for a time when there is no one. Dish that arrives after 35 minutes for a raw Tartare and a salad. It's tiny, a tartar that's the size of the circumference of the glasses, tiny, in 3 mouthfuls I finished it. Not a lot of fries. Poor quality meat, a tartare is supposed to be tender, requiring good chewing. For the sickening salad, the bacon is the same, chew well. Very expensive for what it is, I feel like I'm eating at Flunch with these portions, but unlike Flunch, the vegetables and fries are not unlimited. Oh and €4 for a 20cl coke in a glass with 5cl of ice.

22/01/2025: Looking for a nice restaurant on Rouen on a Sunday noon, we opted for the Espiguette after reading the opinions that praised good cuisine in a nice place. We ate well. Correct cuisine but the value for money is not favorable to quality, to the view of the slightly high prices, just like those of the wine list ... with regard to cleanliness on the room side. Dirty, very dirty and freezing! Borderline distressing This will be the first and last time for us
