05/04/2024: Hi, I recently had a brief stay at Novotel during a night layover in Paris. My flight had been delayed so I only stayed a short couple of hours in my room. I wish firstly that there was a refund option on the booking for cases outside of my control. But regardless, my short visit was mostly great - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpfully informed me that it was daylight savings in Paris (otherwise I might've been late to my next flight), even helped me determine the timing of my morning prayer, and their wakeup call was exactly on time. I could bring my suitcase trolley onto the elevator and into my room. My room was clean and nice. Breakfast started at 5 a.m., which was good since I had an early flight, and had plenty of options and the dining room was luxuriously laid out. My only concern was that I don't eat pork, and the cheese and meats were placed next to each other with few utensils, so people could easily mix the utensils and cross-contaminate. I would prefer that the cheeses were laid out separately to avoid people mixing up the utensils with the meats. But aside from that, a good, if brief stay.

03/04/2024: We had a good time, despite a few downsides, unavailable dishes, the chiken burger, the angus tab, and the grilled slice of ham reduced to its simplest expression ☹️ shame for such a brand 👎

16/03/2024: Came to eat at 6 in a hurry, the service was very fast and great, thank you very much to the restaurant for having done what was necessary for us, while bringing us very good pancakes.

25/11/2023: disappointed. .... I order a Greek menu I didn't even get my drink I believe that when you pay.... a service must be perfect!

24/11/2023: I've been ordering for over 5 years, it's been very good, however I don't know what happened it's getting worse and worse the dough is much too thin and there are 2/3 toppings that fight a duel . On top of that they allow prices to increase more and more even though it's less and less good...

03/04/2024: What's good to say... NOTHING!! A semi-cooked or rather a cooked tuna that is edible and loves the salt and a good burger but nothing more (thanks to the bartender for coming to the kitchen to serve it to me, I think otherwise I would leave the establishment... ). Came as a couple but we didn't eat at the same time.
