08/06/2026: A very good restaurant recommended by locals from Saint Antonin. The restaurant is well located on the banks of the Aveyron River, near a reservoir. The exterior is reminiscent of an African bush camp, without the music. I ordered a Bo Bun. It was delicious! Thank you to the waiter for his explanations and his friendly manner. A very good place at a reasonable price. I recommend it, and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back.

11/06/2026: We were just passing through and we don't plan on returning. The meal wasn't good quality: frozen fries, a very strange-looking confit stew, as if it were three days old, undercooked meat, and the French toast was the worst thing. When we bit into it, it was soaked in alcohol, tasting like 90% alcohol, and it wasn't flambéed. They need to review or change the recipe. The waiter, whether jokingly or not, told us he didn't care about our opinion on whether we liked the food or not, since he wasn't the one who prepared the meals. Clearly, he wasn't open to feedback for the purpose of improvement, which is unfortunate.

22/06/2026: What a wonderful experience! A magnificent place steeped in history, everything was spotless—the restrooms, the tables, absolutely everything. The meal was truly generous and of exceptional quality. We were welcomed by Madame Valentine, a truly lovely person with a wonderful personality. We will definitely be back with our family.

10/05/2026: 45 minutes to take our order! 2 hours and 15 minutes for lunch!! And on top of that, the food was really basic and uninteresting! Avoid it!

A shame, because the dishes were quite good and the price reasonable for the portion size; the homemade soup and salmon tartare were flavorful! But waiting over an hour to find out if someone would even come to take our dessert orders, many of which were missing ingredients, and then having to serve ourselves, is not what I would recommend.
