04/09/2024: Avant sa revente, cet établissement était un endroit chaleureux et convivial, où les personnes véganes pouvaient également se régaler avec une option qui figurait sur la carte. Aujourd'hui, cet endroit est à boycotter et à fuir absolument, encore plus si vous avez une alimentation végétale. Les nouveaux repreneurs, qui très honnêtement auraient mieux fait de travailler dans un bureau plutôt que d'être en contact avec du public tellement ils sont désagréables, font preuve d'un mépris absolu, accompagné d'un manque de respect et de considération énorme pour les personnes véganes. J'ai commandé la seule et unique option végane de la carte (carte pour le moment inchangée donc option végane qui figure encore dessus). Et ils ont réussi, malgré la description détaillée du plat sur la carte, à ne pas respecter ce qui était décrit. Face à leur erreur que j'ai de suite reconnue, ils ne se sont pas excusés et pire encore, ont fait preuve d'un manque de respect énorme en assurant que je n'en étais pas morte, sans même se remettre en question et admettre leur erreur. La femme en cuisine est totalement incompétente et ignorante. Elle a assuré à ma sœur que rien n'était spécifié sur la carte quant à la sauce qu'on a servie avec mon burger alors que TOUT était mentionné. Une sauce curry/mangue devait accompagner mon plat. Elle m'a servi une sauce barbecue qui n'était pas végétale. En 2024, ces nouveaux repreneurs osent tenir des propos affligeants tels que "un burger, c'est avec du ketchup et de la mayo." Encore une fois, allez ailleurs. Ne donnez pas votre argent à des personnes aussi abjectes qu'elles. Le Lac de la Seigneurie ou l'endroit que ces nouveaux repreneurs vont faire couler bien au fond dudit lac.

22/08/2024: We arrived after 9 p.m. and were made very welcome The dishes are of very good quality and the waitresses and waiters are smiling despite the late hour.

31/08/2024: We ordered 4 pieces of frog legs. Given the quantity and the price I thought that in the end the critters were going to turn into Prince Charming!!! 4 shares=100€......... Nothing to do with before. Move around, there's nothing to see....

22/08/2024: We arrived last night as a group of two, having booked for 9 p.m. Warm welcome, very good food, and we received excellent service. We will be back.

29/06/2024: Having blue shark meat (a PROTECTED species it seems to me and BANNED for sale) on your menu in 2024 is really a big loser's thing. Respect what surrounds you before calling yourself “nature colors”. Eating shark is a crazy social construct that's really not worth it.

17/06/2024: Beautiful terrace which overlooks a beautiful garden, ideal for taking children. Very good cuisine, with fresh products. The price is reasonable, given the quality of the plates. Nice welcome.

12/12/2024: Stayed there for only one night and didn’t have any problems. Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful.

23/09/2024: Very very long service.... In 1h30 we only had the starters. Forget about appetizers. Relatively bland and unsurprising cuisine. Unfortunately no season. Little to no seasoning. The outdoor terrace is very pleasant although left a little neglected in terms of vegetation. Ultimately, disappointing

16/09/2024: We came last year and were extremely satisfied so we came back... What can I say... disappointing dishes, no taste, no seasoning, extra-cooked rubbery scallops, black and acidic asparagus, tasteless vegetables, and we're not even talking about desserts so frankly... what disappointment. I only tasted the elements of the dessert and left everything on the plate. There was no consistency in tastes and the production was absolutely not successful. We indicated our dissatisfaction during payment and the return of our plates barely started should have resulted in a gesture on their part but no. We got a -10% voucher for the next visit...but we won't be back...

We are only in Belfort In addition, no atmosphere, no background music. nothing Don't count on peanuts or 2 chips to excite your taste buds and so maybe order a board.. 15/12/2024: The setting is magnificent, however I was very disappointed by the fried carp, too big, too fatty and which smelled of mud. It is not worth that of the previous owner.

08/12/2024: We had unlimited fried carp for lunch with my dad and we both loved it, really very good and the service was great 👍 we will come back.
