13/04/2026: Where to begin? We arrived around 8 pm at the bar, which had an empty starter and dessert counter except for the bread… At the register, the cashier, who was quite unpleasant, informed us that the chicken fillets with mushrooms were sold out, but this wasn't indicated. So, we opted for two steak and two ham hocks. The cashier then told us she only had one ham hock left, so we ordered three steak and one ham hock. We went to the prepared foods counter to get the ham hock. The cook politely told us he was out, so we pointed out that we'd been told it was the last one. He went to check and told us there must be a mistake; he was out and we had to go to the register to sort it out. We went to the till to sort out the problem. The ever-unpleasant employee called the manager, making a scene by taking off her apron and shouting that she was fed up and leaving. She also curtly told other customers that the restaurant was closed, even though it was only 8:25 PM and they closed at 9 PM. The manager arrived with a nonchalant attitude, humming to herself. We asked for a refund, and she told us that the ham hock could be replaced with a steak and egg, which was cheaper. I understand she didn't want to lose a customer, but there was no point in deflecting the question. We finally insisted on a refund, and she gave us cash even though we had paid by card. While giving us the refund, she grumbled, saying she would try to finish her shift as best she could and that she would receive a delivery the next day. It's a real shame, especially since we had heard good things about the establishment. And what's more, the all-you-can-eat vegetable and side bar was half empty, as you can see in the photo… I want to clarify that I understand technical issues happen, but being professional isn't optional in an establishment open to the public. The proof is that the cooks who spoke to us at the prepared food counter were very kind.

13/04/2026: Unlimited hot vegetables were good. I like your mashed potatoes, and they melt in your mouth. But the ground beef was better 3 or 4 years ago, as were the fries. Finally, I'm disappointed that we can't get crepes in the evening and find it strange because we can get waffles 🤔 P.S.: I really enjoyed the red cabbage in the all-you-can-eat dish, and I like coming to this Flunch, not just for that, but also because I discover new dishes every time.
