27/08/2026: After our visit to the tea room, the young man who served us made us repeat ourselves three times, with a blank expression, asking, "What? A Viennese coffee?" and didn't understand what I wanted to drink. The service was very poor for a renowned tea room, the only one in Épinal. The tables weren't cleared, and there was dirty dishes everywhere. My husband and I used to go there regularly, but it has changed a lot and leaves much to be desired. I am very disappointed.

21/07/2026: Very bad experience on July 20, 2026 Upon arrival, we were greeted by saleswomen who were visibly annoyed and particularly cold. No greeting, no smile, and an attitude that clearly gave the impression that our presence bothered them. They were obviously in a hurry to serve us and didn't even give us time to choose our items at our leisure, which was very unpleasant. A minimum of politeness, patience, and professionalism is the foundation of any business. Customers should never feel like they are bothering anyone or being rushed through. It's important to remember that customers are what keep a business afloat. With such an unwelcoming reception, it's difficult to want to return. A very disappointing experience; I will not be back. Avoid at all costs!

15/02/2026: The establishment doesn't even bother to answer the phone for a reservation. (Several calls were attempted.) Perhaps we'll have the opportunity to come and review the food one day!
