The hotel is simply fantastic: the rooms are magnificent, the setting is peaceful, and everything is designed for the comfort and well-being of the guests. The restaurant service is exceptional: a truly memorable gourmet experience, dishes as beautiful as they are delicious, and staff of rare professionalism and kindness. Dinner lived up to the restaurant's two Michelin stars, with sweetbreads and Wagyu beef cooked to perfection… We spent a truly timeless moment at this establishment. (Special mention to Mathieu who made our visit to the bar an unforgettable experience.)
