18/02/2026: The staff and setting are excellent, which is why I'm giving it two stars.
However, the food needs improvement. The Japanese dish lacked real flavor, with ingredients that were clearly poorly frozen, except for the coleslaw. In any case, something went wrong for me... Result: I spent the entire night in the bathroom. (Luckily, no abdominal pain.) The rice wasn't good quality and wasn't cooked properly. That should have been a red flag. It's unfortunate to see this in 2026 in a developed country: getting sick after eating at your hotel restaurant.
Perhaps I'm just sensitive, and others wouldn't have had any problems.
However, I eat out here and there, and when the ingredients are fresh, good quality, and well-prepared, I have no issues.
In my opinion, the chef should create a menu that reflects his own style. Offering such a poor Japanese dish is disappointing. My only redeeming feature was my mint green tea. I thank the staff who were kind and professional; this helped to ensure that my dinner wasn't 100% negative.

21/05/2024: Je ne m’attendais pas à ça, quelle surprise ! J’ai commandé sur Uber eats ce midi, ça mérite vraiment de prendre le temps d’écrire un commentaire. Très très bon!!! Plat que nous réchauffons, donc pas de peur que ça arrive froid! Bravo 👍🏽

20/08/2024: On August 13, 2024 around 2:35 p.m. I decided to have a coffee at the Pariwest shopping center. The expected pleasant moment turned into an unpleasant moment. I sat in the customer area, people were very discreet, however this was not the case for an employee. Indeed, I was shocked by the behavior of this employee, who is a lady (between 45 and 53 years old, boy haircut and wearing glasses), this person seems to be in charge of the place, since she was speaking to her employee, from the uncleaned cart from the day before. The most shocking thing was the unpleasant way she spoke to a customer of about 16 years old who asked for extra sugar. The screaming manager tells him that it's 2 sugars per drink, and no more, and this in the most unpleasant form possible. The client made me sad since she seemed to be very bothered and upset. I had my coffee without sugar so she could have just given him the sugar that I didn't consume with my coffee. The loss of profit in sugar is not considered that significant in comparison to the potential loss of customers with such poor service. Pomme de Pain seems to be very stingy in terms of sugar, so there is no longer any reason for me to consume it from this store. I had to consume my coffee quickly in order to leave this place as quickly as possible.
It is an uncomfortable place, because this manager of the premises does not speak but screams, instead of approaching her other employee to speak to him, she shouts very loudly so that this employee who is far from her, in the customer area, can answer one of his questions concerning a can of drink he consumed.
01/08/2024: Best place to have a quiet coffee, a must-see spot to recharge those batteries🔥⚡️🔥The croissant 🥐 is light and fresh🤤The pain au chocolat is creamy and well proportioned, the pancakes 🥞are good, large and tender, finally the brownie is an ode to gluttony and therefore to great chocolate lovers who will be won over😋XXL chocolate muffin is ok too✅great staff👌🏼🔥✨
