The staff were very elegant and kind :) The quiche Lauren and three macarons were delicious ☺︎ I'll definitely stop by again when I go to the Palace of Versailles 😃

27/03/2026: First and last time I'll ever come here for a coffee. The bar doesn't look great, but I wanted to give it a try. I had my coffee there, and when I tried to sit down, someone yelled at me that it was forbidden at the price I paid. Ridiculous, especially since the place was empty! Great way to scare away new customers...
23/03/2026: A bizarre scene: I walk into the tobacco shop, buy a pack of cigarettes, saying, "I'll get a pack, a lighter, and take the opportunity to use the restroom :))" Before paying, the cashier is very sweet and friendly, BUT once the payment is accepted, she refuses to let me go to the bathroom and practically yells at me in front of everyone because
"When you go to the restroom, you buy something first!! I shouldn't have to pay for toilet paper and water for someone who's just buying a pack!!!" A woman who cares more about her restroom than her customers

02/08/2026: The security service is atrocious, appalling, and aggressive, as if you were going into battle. Frankly, the entry selection process is completely arbitrary, and the explanations are incoherent. You're made to wait only to be refused entry without any valid reason, while others enter without any problem. A total lack of respect and organization. Avoid at all costs.

I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere and the professionalism of many staff members.
However, I gave 0 stars for the Rovace security guard who spoke to us extremely rudely, snatched our ticket from our hands, and left us waiting without explaining why.
In short, this kind of person seriously detracts from the beauty of the place and the atmosphere!

13/07/2026: I agree with the many comments denouncing the staff's aggression. If you want to be insulted for no reason, this is definitely the place.
It's simply the worst customer experience I've ever had.
I went in to politely ask to use the restroom. The bartender told me they were reserved for customers. I then explained that I was with someone who had ordered drinks at the establishment. His response was: "You don't give me orders." (Excuse me, are we on a first-name basis?)
What's most striking is that, given the numerous reviews denouncing the exact same problem, there's clearly no self-reflection. According to them, all the customers have a problem with manners, even though the comments consistently point to the same gratuitous aggression.

14/12/2024: Saturday, 1:00 p.m., after 10 minutes in line (outside at 3 degrees): no more baguettes, I am told that I have to wait 30 minutes. Almost every time the same! So we headed to Kuntz 200m away, much better bread anyway. Ridiculous !
10/12/2024: The quality of the bread is acceptable but it is not worth a real traditional bakery like Guinon. Great choice and practical if you go through the Rive Droite station and need something repaired, but it's certainly not worth a big detour otherwise.

I wanted to go back and made a reservation. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed even though I had received confirmation of my reservation.
11/02/2025: Excellent across the board. The calf's liver and kidneys were superb. I highly recommend it.

Terrine betterave et chevre frais au vinaigre en entrée, pièce de veau ultra tendre et généreuse en proportion, avec sa sauce lègérement piquante, vraiment une très agréable surprise au prix ultra doux pour la région parisienne de 21€. Le service était également très accueillant. A ne pas manquer
04/08/2024: Fantastic food and service. Easily the best meal we have eaten in France this holiday. Everything on our plates was delicious, coupled with a wonderful Rose it made for a memorable evening. The chimichurri sauce with the pork and the chocolate desert were exceptional.

28/07/2024: This is a very overrated and over priced restaurant. Service was very poor, waited almost 20 min before a waiter came to our table. The menu is limited. We were subject to the backside of several service personnel as they visited with dinners next to us who were obviously friends. At no time was our table cleared or cleaned. When our food finally came it was mediocre at best.
Stay away from this establishment if you are a visitor.
28/07/2024: This restaurant was highly overrated in our experience. The seating was tight without table clothes. The service was not attentive at all and not expert. The prices were extraordinarily high, and the menu extremely limited.
