14/04/2026: Nice restaurant for French/Italian food at walkable distance from Palace of Versailles. 10 min walk.
Very reasonable price. Food was delicious. Most of it looked italian cuisine.
Service is excellent and ambiance is great.
Limited chicken and veg options.
10/04/2026: The waiter was quite unfriendly, as if he was bothered by our coming in. We didn't want to eat, just have a drink, but it says "cafe" on the portal, so we assumed that you could only order drinks. He literally threw the menu on the table in front of us. The beer they offered was pretty good, but the lemonade we ordered was probably some kind of flavored soft drink.
The restrooms are not the cleanest either.

27/12/2025: Very disappointed. In December 2024, I ordered an Ispahan cake. Upon arrival, the order was sold out, and we received the Ispahan Yule log. In December 2025, I ordered another Ispahan cake (serves 6-8) by phone. Upon arrival, the order hadn't been taken! 🥵 Luckily, we arrived early, and there was one left. We might avoid a third order!
07/09/2025: Very friendly. Large selection of macarons. Made according to the original recipe. I'd definitely go back.

16/01/2026: Delicios food. We had crepes with meat, soup and dessert, and it's difficult to explain how good these meals were. The chocolate ice cream was superb! I’d definitely come back.

22/06/2025: This is my second time here and I've always been very well received. The staff is lovely and attentive. The food is also very good and the price/quality ratio is good; there are dishes for all budgets. I highly recommend it.

20/04/2026: Good location, the terrace was cozy and the service was quite efficient and friendly.
The food was disappointing, the burger was extremely simple. The steak was juicy but the whole thing was dry, because there was nothing in the burger other than a little sauce on the bottom.

08/04/2026: After ordering two Aperol Spritzes, we received two very light drinks with a little bit of Aperol at the bottom. A friendly French-speaking local lady next to us spontaneously mentioned this to the waiter, after which we received two new and correct Aperols. In other words, treatment based on which language you speak is not recommended! Thanks to the local Madamoiselle!
21/03/2026: A very bad experience: we sat down at a table that hadn't been cleared yet, which we were promised would be ready quickly. It wasn't. Then we waited 45 minutes to order. Every time we went to the counter, we were assured we would be served directly at our table. This didn't happen either, even after asking three times.
When it came time to pay for a Perrier, we were asked to pay €4.90 instead of €4.30. Furthermore, I'm still waiting for my €10 change for a pint that cost €5 and some change. A very bad experience. The owner was very unpleasant to my friends.

17/03/2026: Unfortunately, our dinner didn't live up to the expectations raised by the restaurant's ambiance and marketing. The prices are simply exorbitant considering the elaborate cuisine and the portion sizes served.
We will not be returning to this establishment and cannot recommend it.

The grilled octopus was perfectly cooked and tender.
Pleasant and efficient service.

I wanted to go back and made a reservation. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed even though I had received confirmation of my reservation.

22/03/2026: Refreshing Angelina location, went with friends. It's easy to find a table and eat patisserie. More relaxed than inside the chateau.
21/03/2026: Feeling peckish? This will do the trick. Pleasant counter, elegant interior decor, less well-maintained terrace, unremarkable furniture arrangement. Polite but not particularly warm service, only at the counter on trays, not in line with the reputation of this establishment, tables not consistently cleaned. Limited menu, decent presentation, even up to standard, but unremarkable taste. All this for a price justified by the scarcity of options in this location, but for quality close to what you'd expect from a cheap eatery.

06/02/2026: The bartender was strange and unfriendly, just a facade of politeness that reeked of hypocrisy.
I went in, said hello, and asked for the menu to see what I could get to drink. The guy looked at me like I was an alien. I asked again, he barely answered, then went to get a menu he handed me.
The menu itself was a bit cryptic: with different prices depending on whether you ordered to go, at the bar, or in the dining area. So I ended up with a hot chocolate that was a bit more expensive than expected, no big deal, but when I pointed it out and thought he'd made a mistake, telling him that was the price on the menu, and that I was about to get it back, he interrupted me: "Careful, it's his job to hand the menu to the customer, not for them to grab the sacred menu!" Anyway, that's when he showed me the different prices depending on the context. A polite but tense exchange ensued before I left.
In short, of all the bars I've been to, this is the worst.

14/12/2024: Saturday, 1:00 p.m., after 10 minutes in line (outside at 3 degrees): no more baguettes, I am told that I have to wait 30 minutes. Almost every time the same! So we headed to Kuntz 200m away, much better bread anyway. Ridiculous !
10/12/2024: The quality of the bread is acceptable but it is not worth a real traditional bakery like Guinon. Great choice and practical if you go through the Rive Droite station and need something repaired, but it's certainly not worth a big detour otherwise.
