16/05/2026: Spontaneous lunch visit to this trattoria in Uzès. Despite the crowds, we were warmly welcomed and a table was quickly cleared. We chose the homemade croquettes and a different pasta each. Everything tasted delicious!
15/05/2026: Delicious pasta and fantastic tiramisu, friendly young staff, and excellent value for money. If I were a local, this would be my regular spot.

13/05/2026: We have been coming to Uzes for 30 years and regularly have lunch here! Great cuisine and the desserts are homemade too! And drink a nice Gris from the local winery with it, and the day is made!
03/05/2026: Very good, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The burgers were excellent and the service very pleasant. The perfect place to eat at a very reasonable price. I recommend it 100%!

12/05/2026: Where to begin, it was so disastrous! Supermarket quality, and that's putting it mildly! I had a terrible stomach ache all evening. The fried rice wasn't really fried rice at all, and the whole thing smelled like old, fried food. I repeat, supermarket quality, not Chinese restaurant quality. I threw half of it away because it was so stale and tasteless.
I don't understand why this restaurant is still open. People have no taste buds, it's unbelievable!
In short, the stench of fried food and the oil in the spring rolls must never be changed. My money was down the drain!

19/10/2025: Despite booking by phone, we weren't informed that only one charcuterie platter was available (and also oysters), and the platter was really quite mediocre... for €12. It seems this was due to the large crowds that day related to the medieval festival...
16/08/2025: A very warm welcome.
My charcuterie board was high quality, with excellent products.
They offer local products on the menu, specifying their origins.
The local beer (Agora) is definitely worth trying.

14/05/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, but we were delighted. The place is charming and unique, the staff are lovely, friendly, and efficient, and the fougasses are excellent (the chorizo one is divine), the pan bagnats are also very good, and the pastries are to die for. We'll definitely be back!

21/05/2026: I gave it a 5-star review a year ago! What a disappointment to go back. What happened? It's a shame, it used to be a great establishment, the welcome was fantastic, and the service was competent. Now, the staff lack skills and aren't trained. A gin and tonic is a classic, even with a twist. Hiring unqualified staff is fine, but giving them the resources to develop their skills is important and necessary. ;) Such a beautiful location for such poor quality!

27/07/2024: Des crêpes absolument délicieuses, c'est LA place pour en manger à Uzès. Plusieurs choix autant pour les salées que les sucrées, et toutes bien exécutées. Restaurant très bien situé, terrasse agréable. Le seul hic: les serveuses qui semblent complètement blasées. Un sourire demande peu d'efforts et agrémenterait définitivement l'expérience! Malgré tout, nous y retournions pour la cuisine, sans aucun doute.
24/07/2024: La serveuse accepte d’échanger une salade à 3€50 contre une boule de glace à 3€, ceci après avoir demandé à la cuisinière.
Seulement en entendant cette personne vraisemblablement rouspétant publiquement après cette demande, je me permets de dire à la serveuse qu’elle pouvait féliciter la Cheffe car les plats sont délicieux. Lorsque que la serveuse lui transmet mes gratifications, la Cheffe dit haut et fort « JE N’AI PAS BESOINS DE COMPLIMENTS »!
Le comble après cette humiliation, c’est qu’ils nous ont fait payer la boule de glace alors que l’échange à été accepté!
Quelle honte de la part d’un restaurateur qui se permet cela!
