11/04/2026: Appetizing cuisine that lives up to its promises. It's not just beautiful, it's delicious! And such generous portions!
A lovely outdoor terrace.
It's a shame the waiter, while efficient, wasn't very friendly.
We'll definitely be back because the place is worth the trip, and you come for the food and the atmosphere more than for a waiter's smile 😉 especially since the welcome at the entrance is truly warm and friendly!
11/04/2026: Good food despite a glaring lack of seasoning for the octopus. Service started off poorly, the waiter was rather cold.

14/04/2026: I arrived at 10:07 PM and waited 15 minutes in front of the self-service machine. I then walked to the first kiosk, where the staff pretended not to see me so they wouldn't serve me and were clearly waiting for closing time.
So I left without being served. Bravo for your professionalism!
08/04/2026: We stopped at this McDonald's while on vacation.
Right from the start, when we ordered, I saw extras everywhere (that doesn't exist back home).
The order took forever to arrive and it was completely cold. I had to ask for sauces because there weren't any, even though they were clearly listed on the order.
There weren't many fries. The hamburger wasn't great.
I'm becoming less and less of a fan of McDonald's, but this one was the worst, I think. For a €60 order, I might as well have gone to a restaurant!

16/12/2025: We ordered couscous for over twenty people and it was delicious.
The portions were very generous, and Hakim and his wife are lovely. They delivered and were very accommodating regarding the return of the pots. I recommend using their services without hesitation!

11/04/2026: Avoid this place. We sat for 20 minutes, there were few occupied tables, and no waiter, on a Saturday at 4:00 PM... even though we had been seated. In the end, we left and preferred to spend our money at the ice cream parlor next door, where the service was excellent.
11/04/2026: Disappointment compared to the previous owners. The wines have gone down in quality, but not the prices. The selection of tapas bowls is gone.
And the height of pettiness: at aperitif time, a few olives are reserved for customers who order cocktails. Yet another great place that has lost its soul.

19/10/2025: Despite booking by phone, we weren't informed that only one charcuterie platter was available (and also oysters), and the platter was really quite mediocre... for €12. It seems this was due to the large crowds that day related to the medieval festival...
16/08/2025: A very warm welcome.
My charcuterie board was high quality, with excellent products.
They offer local products on the menu, specifying their origins.
The local beer (Agora) is definitely worth trying.

01/05/2026: There are plenty of places to have a drink in the square, so avoid this one. They don't accept cards for orders under €15. The waiter is incredibly unfriendly, and good luck to him because the season is just beginning! He's unfriendly until it comes to paying, where he's waiting for the tip and even has the foolproof trick of saying, "I'll get the missing €1." Most of the time, the customers reply, "No need, keep it!" Go somewhere else; we've tried it and we've been treated much better.
01/05/2026: A lovely little moment on this May 1st, paid for double.
Refreshments of homemade orangeade and ice cream. Impeccable service 👍

12/03/2026: I love this friendly, relaxed bistro for a truly excellent steak and fries, located on a lively square with plenty of activity, foot traffic, plane trees, and cold beer! As for the AK burger, they serve it until 6 pm! It's really substantial! I can confirm...

18/04/2026: I love this brand, their sophisticated fragrances, and their high-quality products. However, €7.60 for tiny balls, in Macron's France, is ridiculous... The quantity/price ratio is simply not there; even the cardboard cup was laughable.
14/04/2026: This was truly our favorite place in Uzès, and what a disappointment this year… the scoops have become tiny and the quality of service has drastically declined. The ice cream is still delicious, but the price is no longer justified.

27/07/2024: Des crêpes absolument délicieuses, c'est LA place pour en manger à Uzès. Plusieurs choix autant pour les salées que les sucrées, et toutes bien exécutées. Restaurant très bien situé, terrasse agréable. Le seul hic: les serveuses qui semblent complètement blasées. Un sourire demande peu d'efforts et agrémenterait définitivement l'expérience! Malgré tout, nous y retournions pour la cuisine, sans aucun doute.
24/07/2024: La serveuse accepte d’échanger une salade à 3€50 contre une boule de glace à 3€, ceci après avoir demandé à la cuisinière.
Seulement en entendant cette personne vraisemblablement rouspétant publiquement après cette demande, je me permets de dire à la serveuse qu’elle pouvait féliciter la Cheffe car les plats sont délicieux. Lorsque que la serveuse lui transmet mes gratifications, la Cheffe dit haut et fort « JE N’AI PAS BESOINS DE COMPLIMENTS »!
Le comble après cette humiliation, c’est qu’ils nous ont fait payer la boule de glace alors que l’échange à été accepté!
Quelle honte de la part d’un restaurateur qui se permet cela!
