The cocktails and the cuisine are delicious, whether for tapas or restaurants, go there with your eyes closed 🙌🏼

06/04/2024: The dj doesn't let us dance and enjoy ourselves. It cuts the music every 10 seconds! And goes from one style to another which have nothing to do with each other! Too bad... because everything else is top notch! It will be without me and many friends. Why do you always keep the same DJ? Spin them! It's not just him in this environment...

30/03/2024: My wife and I went to Aubergine during our stay in Villeneuve-les-Avignon on the 30th of March. We strolled from our hotel for dinner and were VERY lucky to find a table for two without a reservation at ~7:45pm. We ate on the second floor. Our waiter was excellent, he was a very friendly and attentive. Furthermore, we are Canadian and I informed the waiter that I was practicing my French. He made an effort to speak to me in French during the meal and gave me helpful language tips for which I was grateful. Additionally, the meals were excellent! I had the jarret du porc and my wife had the vegetarian burger. Afterwards, we shared the cheesecake. Vraiment fantastique! We greatly recommend this restaurant! When we left, the main floor was absolutely packed full - a testament to how great this restaurant is!
29/02/2024: Very warm welcome, good food, good atmosphere, I put them first before Maison Bronzini then Olivier's bistro and for the moment I finish with the little spoon

02/04/2024: On an Easter Tuesday, on the Place de Villeneuve, a (very) busy terrace is a sign, our friends appreciated the place, the cuisine, simple and Provençal, the friendly welcome and the efficient service.
We will continue to recommend the Salamander after this point.

Passion for good food. His cuisine is refined and worthy of a renowned Michelin star... he educated me on a lot of products that I would not have thought of cooking. His cuisine is generous and charismatic... in his elegant image... the places are magnificent, the garden, the swimming pool surrounded by the vegetable garden, can't wait to go back..❤️
Thank you to the teams for making our visits a fairy tale.
14/02/2024: We were guests of this wonderful restaurant in September. The weather was still nice and warm so we were given a table outside. We sat in the middle of a garden, which rounded off the ambience perfectly. Every course was a pleasure, the staff were extremely accommodating and we felt completely at home. Thank you for this great experience. An absolute recommendation for anyone visiting Arles.

30/03/2024: We came for a family lunch. The room is pleasant and the service dynamic and efficient.
The dishes are affordable (around twenty euros) with generous portions. The cuisine is simple but mastered.
I recommend the gourmet coffee: you can find all the other desserts on the menu in miniature size!

05/04/2024: We had the chance to open the ball of the year of weddings 2024. One thing is that we do not regret in any way our choice the Castel assured.. They are very strong, I highly recommend to celebrate the most wonderful day of his life. 24/03/2024: Simply insane!!! Both in the writing of the show and in the interpretation. Artists are inhabited. Phoenix would have his place in the cinema, Christophe is simply a UFO delivered directly from another galaxy for the show and Pascal is incredibly accurate. The dancers are not left out in terms of interpretation and a beauty which greatly benefits the whole. So to finish once again THANK YOU my wife and I had an exceptional evening. To do again for the new show in October.
