11/03/2026: We are residents of the area and therefore did not stay at the hotel. This review concerns only the restaurant, which we had for dinner as a couple and which was rightly recommended to us. Ideally located in the historic center of Eauze, the establishment is a charming period house with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome is warm, and the staff is kind and attentive. They serve authentic and delicious cuisine, as flavorful as it is generous, served with a smile. What more could you ask for?
We will definitely be back!

29/03/2026: We had a lovely romantic getaway in this typical Gers setting. The regional cuisine was beautifully prepared with care: homemade duck confit and local desserts flavored with Armagnac.
The service was excellent: smiles, sharing stories about the history of the place and the specialties... and even a little something extra for my birthday. We highly recommend it!

We spent over a week there on a business trip with more than 20 people. We were welcomed by a fantastic team! Thank you for everything: the meals, the lunch snacks, and the great atmosphere.
