20/10/2024: Quel dommage client depuis plus de 10 ans maintenant surtout n'y allez pas après 14h demandez à la fin du repas un café gourmand et bien qu'est-ce que vous croyez problème de cafetière soi-disant entre-temps vous avez l'aspirateur qui vous met la tête comme un trombone et qui vous fait signe de partir c'est une honte je répète honte à vous depuis le temps que je suis client chez vous je suis déçu sur ce je ne vous salue pas😤😤😤

09/12/2025: I just went to McDonald's this Tuesday, December 9th, and it was a complete disaster. First, they made me wait 20 minutes between the payment kiosk and the order pickup kiosk, so naturally, the meal started badly. Then I got served, grabbed my bag, and left, and the moment I put it down, my drink spilled, even though I'd barely moved, because these incompetents had filled my drink to the brim. And don't even get me started on the state of my Big Arch! So please, McDonald's France, you bunch of incompetents, I know this review won't help matters, but another negative review for your brand won't hurt you, since in any case, it's bound to be some incompetent person who stumbles upon it. Oh my god, I'm going crazy just thinking about it; I can't stop writing. Seriously, €26 for an order that was a complete mess, two drinks filled to the brim and half spilled, and of course, as usual, cheddar cheese in the fries. That must be... To put a hole in the thing! From what I can see, only the Big Mac from the other menu didn't come out too badly, but you can imagine that's not enough. For the prices you're charging, it's appalling to see such shoddy work. I don't even know if I can say there's a single employee who deserves their salary despite their working conditions, but when you pay a price and you get nothing in return, well, sorry, but the entire McDonald's hierarchy is involved, from the intern to the boss. Everyone is implicated, in my opinion.

08/12/2025: We arrived at the drive-thru on a Sunday evening at 8 pm. There was a problem with the cash register, which took a while to restart. We picked up our order and noticed that the food was lukewarm. We asked if we could receive compensation, and the restaurant owner explained that it wasn't up to the customer to request a goodwill gesture. The customer spent €50... at the very least, a small gesture would prevent you from losing customers.

24/09/2024: Very good restaurant. We didn't know this channel. Surprising concept which requires you to order at a counter upon arrival, but you can order at the table, which we did. Warm and pleasant welcome, a play area for children, it's just extra, because the restaurant is always too long in general for children. The dishes were served quickly, we ate very well. I highly recommend. We came on a weekday evening in August, it was very quiet.

16/09/2024: Indeed coming a little late but the restaurant was still open and in good faith I even offered to eat elsewhere. Rude person at the drive-thru, I asked for potatoes, the saleswoman told me no that it was not possible but that she could remove the bacon from a tray that had been in the bin for 2 hours Cold hamburger in itself, nothing was done at the minute! Really disappointed! Close earlier to avoid this inconvenience! September 16 at 10:45 p.m.
