02/02/2026: A simple and efficient Italian restaurant. I've been there several times and the experience has always been consistent, which is great. The food is good, unpretentious, and exactly what you'd expect from Italian cuisine. The servers are friendly, the service is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. A good place to go when you're looking for a reliable and friendly Italian meal.

11/01/2025: It's a shame, we like to try new clubs, but if you have to wait in the cold, you can open on time, right? What's it like when it rains? If you're greeted at the entrance with "close the door, I'm cold," that's not a warm welcome. The greeting as a new visitor came across as very arrogant and rude. Also the dress code was never a problem for us. Well, the club has been tested for us and unfortunately it falls off our list. We have to pay more attention to the Joyclub Herzen reviews and we are no longer surprised why they are missing from this club. At the end we'll see each other again on the waiting list. Probably to avoid evaluation by us. How pathetic.

25/01/2026: I wanted to leave this review after seeing several negative comments regarding the staff's friendliness. Personally, every time I visit Poulaillon Rixheim, I receive a very warm welcome. The products are high quality, the team is friendly, attentive, and always does its best to satisfy customers. I think it's important to remember that everyone can have a bad day, and that this doesn't call into question the competence or quality of the service provided. One isolated incident shouldn't define the work of an entire team. In any case, my experience has always been positive, and I will continue to shop with pleasure.

27/10/2025: Good service if you pay the price, or you might offend the owner. Expect more greens as a side dish than starchy foods. Too bad, you'll leave feeling hungry.

25/02/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant; it's very, very clean, the staff is fantastic, and the dining area is very pleasant and meticulously clean. The same goes for the restrooms. For me, this is one of the cleanest McDonald's restaurants in the area!
