16/04/2026: A successful first experience, very warm welcome and excellent food
15/04/2026: My friend and I had a wonderful lunch there.
I love being surprised by refined and incredibly varied cuisine, and by dishes I wouldn't be able to make myself, despite all my cooking skills and the help of cookbooks.
Kudos to the chef and the excellent service.
I highly recommend this Michelin-starred restaurant.

29/04/2026: Good food, good service, prices a bit high, even exorbitant for some dishes. Some days the atmosphere is a little tense between the husband and wife; you have to be used to it, but apart from that, nothing to complain about.
19/04/2026: Disappointment, both for the meal and the noise, very difficult to talk to each other, no offer to move us to another table, first and last visit, what a shame.

17/04/2026: Minimal service, maximum price, look at the picture, is this a vegetarian pizza? Artichoke, mushrooms, peppers, olives of questionable quality, tastes like canned tomato sauce? The dough isn't cooked, disgusted, I swear on my mother's life it's scandalous.
11/04/2026: The pizzas were good, large, and generously topped. The waiter was very pleasant.
However, we had a reservation for 12:30 PM, and at 12:25 PM, while we were parking, we received a call to confirm our reservation. Then, at 2:00 PM, we were told the restaurant was closing and we had to leave. Some tables weren't even able to get dessert. This was rather unfriendly, especially on a Saturday.

Whether it's bread, pastries, or Moricette® biscuits, everything is fresh and delicious. The quality is top-notch, and there's a wide variety to choose from.
The welcome is warm, and the service is efficient.
A bakery-restaurant I highly recommend.

19/04/2026: The food was very good, but we waited over an hour and forty minutes for our meal; the service was far too slow. The waitress, a young blonde woman, was very unfriendly, never smiled, and took our orders very abruptly. The waitress with short, curly hair, on the other hand, was very friendly, pleasant, and smiling.

13/08/2024: Pizza without cheese almost, we only feel the taste of tomato and it's already been 3 times we call this complaint and nothing changes to avoid take a short drive to Mulhouse

11/01/2025: It's a shame, we like to try new clubs, but if you have to wait in the cold, you can open on time, right? What's it like when it rains? If you're greeted at the entrance with "close the door, I'm cold," that's not a warm welcome. The greeting as a new visitor came across as very arrogant and rude. Also the dress code
was never a problem for us. Well, the club has been tested for us and unfortunately it falls off our list. We have to pay more attention to the Joyclub Herzen reviews and we are no longer surprised why they are missing from this club. At the end we'll see each other again on the waiting list. Probably to avoid evaluation by us. How pathetic.

14/07/2024: By visiting this bakery several times, I noticed that the cashier never uses gloves or tongs to serve customers, she grabs the products with her hands, the same ones that fiddle with the cash register and customer currency. I didn't have much to complain about the pastries offered but due to this lack of hygiene I won't go back there again.
