23/02/2026: The restaurant was crowded, as I was seated near the entrance. Bad luck. I ordered a fondue for two plus a charcuterie platter.
The portion size was (in my opinion) insufficient.
The price was a bit too high.
The service was excellent until the waiter came to stir my fondue to "avoid scrubbing the pans for too long." In short, a fondue cost €24 per person, and charcuterie €17. Not bad, but not excellent.
21/02/2026: A very mixed review for this well-known and highly recommended restaurant. The manager was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. However, the unprofessional and uninspired waiters greeted us without a "good evening" and handed us the menu without a word. Raclette isn't complicated, but there was no explanation of the charcuterie, which was hastily placed on the table. In short, I was neither happy nor unhappy... just disappointed compared to my expectations.

08/01/2026: We come regularly for takeaway pizzas. The cookies are excellent. Be sure to order in advance, as the wait can be longer during busy periods.
06/12/2025: Without a doubt, the best pizzas in Luchon right now. The owner is always smiling, with a down-to-earth and unpretentious attitude. The pizzas are amazing, the selection is extensive, the ingredients are honest, and the cooking is perfect. A great place for all food lovers like us who were forced to flee the formerly excellent PIZZ'UP after the infamous change of management that turned it into a gastronomic graveyard.

Review of a meal eaten in August, as the hotel is closed in winter.
A very pleasant surprise.
Impeccable service.
Quality menus and dishes, a welcome change from the other restaurants in town, which too often resemble fast food.
Thank you for this wonderful experience.
13/09/2025: Frankly, I'm surprised by all these negative reviews. A budget hotel with character, comfortable and spacious rooms, super friendly staff, from the reception to the waiters and waitresses (special mention to Mégane).
A real chef, true service worthy of a French hotel, all at a very affordable price, especially for local and homemade products.
In short, I loved it.

03/07/2025: The tapas are good but the service is complicated... Very long wait, music too loud despite several requests to lower the volume.
18/06/2025: A wonderful discovery! We spent 4 days in Luchon, and we went there for 2 evenings!
Top-notch tapas, and the à la carte dishes are limited, a true guarantee of quality.
And as a bonus, the service was top-notch. Kudos to the waiter on the evening of June 17th, who performed like a master, single-handedly!

31/12/2025: A huge disappointment.
The owner was cold and unfriendly. The €30 royal couscous, which came without beef, was replaced with a single merguez sausage, with no explanation or compensation offered. There were no vegetables (only carrots), and the sauce was bland and very runny. A chicken leg and a small piece of lamb barely fit for anything else… nothing royal about it.
The same was true for the lamb couscous: a thin slice, completely uninteresting.
To top it all off, a small bottle of sparkling water cost €4, initially ordered in cash but then paid for by card, with no compensation whatsoever despite the mistake with the dish. The value for money was very poor, and the staff was completely unfriendly. Avoid this place.

24/07/2024: Pas de service, accueil client absent, tarif trop élevé pour le service (non) rendu.
J'ai du assurer le service, passer la commande (quand le patron a bien voulu terminer sa conversation téléphonique et dire bonjour a ses amis arrivés après moi) et apporter ma commande en terrasse où nous étions installés.
Même situation pour les clients de la table d'à côté.
