14/06/2025: We stayed here for one night as part of a motorcycle trip. A lockable garage was available for our motorcycles. Overall, it looks old and a bit untidy, but perfectly usable for one night.

12/12/2025: An absolutely delicious pizza! The crust is light and crispy, the ingredients are fresh and generous—a real treat from start to finish. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I recommend it 1000%!

22/10/2025: We've been ordering pizzas from this Pizz'up for a long time. This is the first time we've been so disappointed. The pizzas were certainly topped, but so bland and tasteless. This may be due to a change of ownership.

03/07/2025: The tapas are good but the service is complicated... Very long wait, music too loud despite several requests to lower the volume.

18/06/2025: A wonderful discovery! We spent 4 days in Luchon, and we went there for 2 evenings! Top-notch tapas, and the à la carte dishes are limited, a true guarantee of quality. And as a bonus, the service was top-notch. Kudos to the waiter on the evening of June 17th, who performed like a master, single-handedly!

06/07/2025: We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The owners are charming and attentive to their guests. The rooms are very quiet, decorated in a 19th-century style. A deliberate choice, which perfectly matches this beautiful establishment, steeped in history, which has defied time for five generations. Above all, don't change a thing! It's perfect as it is. The garden is pure beauty, with its hydrangea hedge. The icing on the cake is the swimming pool, which we could enjoy even after checking out. What can I say about the restaurant? Simply a huge wow! Impeccable staff, attentive and highly professional. The cuisine is worthy of a fine restaurant; it was a delight, from starter to dessert. The rice pudding was incredibly good. "Dear Sir, you who left a negative comment about your great-grandfather having better taste, please know that tastes and colors differ from person to person. It's understandable that you don't like the decor, but why make such a comment? The photos are on the establishment's website, in complete transparency. You would have made someone happy by booking elsewhere. Perhaps a Formula 1 would have been more suited to your stay. Also, please be aware that the restaurant industry has high standards, which you are certainly not aware of, since you say they overdo it. A fast-food restaurant would have been perfect for you." If you are looking for a place to stay in Luchon, I warmly recommend the Hôtel d'Etigny. Ideal location, opposite the thermal baths.

10/09/2024: Un Burger à la carte de la même taille que celui du menu enfant , l’excuse « on a qu’une taille de pain » 🤣😡 De la salade pas lavé remplie de petits grains … Une entrée du menu servie en même temps que les plats à la carte … Une gaufre au nutella avec très peu de nutella … Non rien ne va …

19/09/2024: Un menu du jour à 19,90€ . Brasserie archi comble mais un service impeccable sans attente. Un excellent rapport qualité prix et un personnel hyper compétent. Une terrasse ombragée

02/09/2024: We had a pretty good dinner on the menu they had. A little expensive for what it was, but it was good. The service a little dry.

31/12/2025: A huge disappointment. The owner was cold and unfriendly. The €30 royal couscous, which came without beef, was replaced with a single merguez sausage, with no explanation or compensation offered. There were no vegetables (only carrots), and the sauce was bland and very runny. A chicken leg and a small piece of lamb barely fit for anything else… nothing royal about it. The same was true for the lamb couscous: a thin slice, completely uninteresting. To top it all off, a small bottle of sparkling water cost €4, initially ordered in cash but then paid for by card, with no compensation whatsoever despite the mistake with the dish. The value for money was very poor, and the staff was completely unfriendly. Avoid this place.
