14/12/2025: A very poor experience at breakfast. The manager behaved in a particularly unpleasant manner, repeatedly asking us to leave the room before we had finished eating, which created a very awkward atmosphere. We were forced to leave before we had even finished our breakfast, an unacceptable situation for a 4-star hotel, revealing a complete lack of customer service and respect. Conversely, the staff were friendly and much more professional, which deserves to be highlighted. It's a shame that such behavior spoiled the overall experience.

14/12/2025: A very bad breakfast experience, not because of the food or the rest of the staff—who are actually quite friendly—but because of the morning service manager. As soon as a customer walked in, you could hear him sighing wearily, clearly annoyed. For almost 20 minutes, he loudly repeated every two minutes that he was going to close the service, even though there was still plenty of time left. No diplomacy, no sense of hospitality: this way of speaking to customers first thing in the morning is extremely stressful and inappropriate. People come for breakfast to start the day calmly, not to be rushed, made to feel uncomfortable, and constantly reminded of the imminent closing time. The result: no pleasure in staying, just a heavy and unpleasant atmosphere. It's a real shame, because the rest of the team is friendly, but with a team leader displaying such exasperation with customers, it's difficult to appreciate their friendliness. Avoid breakfast if you're looking for a quiet moment.

22/01/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! To begin with, you can't see what you're eating. The steak tartare was clearly microwaved, the chicken pizza was tasteless, and to top it all off, the pasta carbonara was completely uninteresting.

20/01/2026: Very disappointed with the food. The carbonara had good ingredients, but they weren't the best, and the execution of the recipe was particularly poor. The pizza was passable, but ridiculously overpriced considering its quality. The service was normal and adequate, nothing to report. The location could be nice, being next to the stove. The coffee was really bad; it tasted like instant coffee, which is disappointing for an Italian restaurant where you might have hoped for a little ristretto to finish the meal. My rating is low because I think the overall score doesn't truly represent the restaurant, and a 3.6 rating would be a better reflection.

03/10/2025: Two years later, I returned to this Blagnac institution because I was told that the "riboul" had been reintroduced. Attractive prices, but the quality still wasn't up to scratch... An average dish and a processed dessert. The staff, however, were very welcoming and dynamic. I'll return when the new owners have settled in.

15/10/2025: Very good homemade dishes (lasagna, gratins, salads), with good value for money. It costs between 1.60 and 1.90 for 100g. It costs roughly €8 to €9 for a generous plate plus dessert. The desserts are very generous and taste great. The waitress is very friendly.

27/11/2025: Very pleasant, although not very big. Good atmosphere, and good, simple and tasty food: homemade, "just like at home".

26/10/2025: Quite a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. The food is good and relatively reasonable in terms of price. Depending on the crowd, the service can be a little slow, but that's understandable.

01/09/2024: I was a loyal customer of this restaurant in Blagnac, but for some time the products have been of lower quality, particularly the mussels and fries, everything is economical, no more paper tablecloths, the bread has to be asked for...etc and latest news you have to join for the 10 OR 15% reductions on the Pass Wallet site or the first thing you are asked for is your credit card, removed the club card I had a paper reduction voucher of 10% I am told more news the cashier took the voucher and the card from me and tore up the documents. Faced with these new measures, I am removing the Leon de Blagnac restaurant from my address book.

20/09/2024: As a working group, we took the €25 formula with charcuterie, supposedly chips at the elastic plancha, porcini mushroom croquettas (1/2 each), a sliced ​​steak for 8 people + 2 cones of fritts for 8. There weren't enough desserts for everyone. In summary, not enough quantity for the number of people and expensive for what it is. Written jointly with the whole group

18/06/2025: Very disappointed. My online order was not processed even though I received the confirmation email. The person I contacted to check (after 1 hour) the status of the order was very unpleasant.

15/09/2024: Fresh and varied vegetables. Very good ice cream. Just a shame the soup isn’t hotter!

12/09/2024: Very pleasant if you want to eat raw vegetables as much as you like. The concept of the water fountain is very pleasant and to finish gently there is a good choice of sweets for dessert.

13/12/2024: I am updating following your response: I asked you for a chair which you never brought me. I stayed in the queue the whole time and never left, lies are not good especially since there are cameras! You didn't seat me as quickly as possible, I waited sitting on the ground in the queue for my turn this evening! I would like to point out that the lady I spoke with was completely closed off and did not want to know anything about what I was asking her. I was treated badly, all lies are useless. I just hope you don't do this to everyone and I just ran into the wrong person! The food is good and I come here regularly. On the other hand, what a surprise this day when I saw myself having to stand in line presenting my disability card, not allowing me to stay standing for long. The lady who I think is in charge tells me that it doesn't work in restaurants! Ah good, yet it works in all ERPs. It's a disabled card, ma'am, not a Walibi pass, we don't choose the attractions. I am going to report this incident which affects health. Unacceptable, we are dealing with neglected treatment of disabled people
