23/02/2026: Google presents it as a pizzeria, but it's more of a snack bar, with a self-service kiosk, and rather expensive for a snack bar.
21/02/2026: The restaurant is great, the food is really good.
They handle after-work drinks and farewell parties really well.
The staff is very kind and helpful. I'm deducting one star because, precisely because the staff is so friendly, we prefer talking to them rather than using the order kiosks ;) even though I understand it's necessary when it's busy (and I hope that happens as often as possible :)).

The chef is a virtuoso.
The waitress was 0*, friendly, smiling, and very efficient.
The prices are admittedly a bit above average, but considering the feast, it was well worth it.
01/11/2025: Had dinner here, the food was good with good sized portions, staff are wonderful great service.
The bad point that you need to be aware of is the ridiculously high price of wine by the glass and beer. 11.50€ for a 150ml glass of Chablis and 9.50€ for 50cl of Carlsberg.

15/10/2025: Very good homemade dishes (lasagna, gratins, salads), with good value for money. It costs between 1.60 and 1.90 for 100g. It costs roughly €8 to €9 for a generous plate plus dessert.
The desserts are very generous and taste great.
The waitress is very friendly.

26/02/2026: €22 for a plate of frozen fish and chips. A huge disappointment for a restaurant that advertises dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Some of them certainly are, but unfortunately not this one. If I'd wanted frozen fries, I would have gone to McDonald's.
14/12/2025: A very poor experience at breakfast.
The manager behaved in a particularly unpleasant manner, repeatedly asking us to leave the room before we had finished eating, which created a very awkward atmosphere.
We were forced to leave before we had even finished our breakfast, an unacceptable situation for a 4-star hotel, revealing a complete lack of customer service and respect.
Conversely, the staff were friendly and much more professional, which deserves to be highlighted. It's a shame that such behavior spoiled the overall experience.

07/02/2026: Stopped in because I’m staying at the HIE hotel across the street. It’s 730 on a Saturday night and the place is empty.
I figured why not so I order the Saigon menu. WOW! The food was amazing. I had Samosa for entree and lemongrass chicken for Plat. Delicious! Enough spice so I tasted it but not overpowering.
The young man who served me spoke very good English as well as French.
I hope that this little restaurant makes it.
31/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! The ravioli in the soup (on the menu) had a horrible, spoiled meat taste! Being well-mannered (perhaps too well-mannered for the situation), I forced myself to swallow it! I shouldn't have; I'm still sick 17 hours later!

It's a shame that Flunch Blagnac is closing permanently at the end of March. We'll miss it. Why the closure, when the tables were always full at lunchtime?
12/03/2026: The cashier was pushy and grumpy when all I wanted was to change a sauce :(
Speaking of sauces, the men's restroom is closed because "there are too many people using it"!!!! I paid for an ice cream that wasn't even good and I couldn't even use the restroom in peace.
It's not what it used to be.

18/11/2025: We are students at Jean Jaurès University and, due to our schedules, we came to the Blagnac campus for the second time to attend classes. At the cafeteria, my friend simply wanted to use the microwave, but she was treated extremely rudely by a cashier, a woman with long, curly black hair.
This employee threw—literally threw—my friend's container and spoke to her in a harsh, contemptuous, and openly hostile tone.
Another friend, who was waiting in line to pay for her meal, also experienced her sarcastic, aggressive, and clearly impatient attitude.
Given this repeated and targeted behavior, we have strong grounds to believe that it constitutes racial and gender discrimination.
We are students here to learn, and this employee—as a member of staff at an educational institution—is obligated to provide a minimum level of respect and professionalism. Nothing gives her the right to treat us with condescension or animosity. It is absolutely shocking that a person displaying such a lack of ethics and respect should work in an educational institution.

We are students at Jean Jaurès University and were subjected to extremely deplorable treatment during our second visit to the Blagnac campus restaurant.
My friend, simply wanting to use the microwave, was confronted by a cashier with long, curly black hair who literally threw her container down while speaking to her in a rude, contemptuous, and openly hostile tone. At the same time, another friend, who was waiting in line to pay for her meal, was also met with her sarcastic, aggressive, and clearly impatient attitude.
These repeated incidents, specifically targeting us, give us strong reason to believe this constitutes racial and gender discrimination. As students here to learn, we expected a minimum level of respect and professionalism from the staff of an educational institution—however, this employee completely disregarded her duties and displayed unacceptable condescension and animosity.
It is absolutely shocking that someone exhibiting such a lack of ethics and respect should work in an educational institution, which should be a place of kindness and inclusion. We demand a thorough investigation into this matter and immediate corrective measures to prevent other students from experiencing such humiliation. We do not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances until changes are made regarding staffing and the fight against discrimination.

We are told that it closes in 7 minutes and that we have to hurry to order or I quote “at worst, don’t order”.
Deplorable hygiene, more of a grease skating rink (given the state of the ground) than a fast food restaurant.

P.S. It is an ironic review to show that the specific place, knowing that it is a fast food, gives the impression that it has not been cleaned in 1 year, sticky floor, tables full of a week's worth of remains, overflowing garbage and a long etcetera.

Nous avons laissé une autre chance au Régent mais nous sommes encore déçus.
Repas trop cuits et frites de la veille.
Même la fourchette ne les attrape pas tellement elles sont dures.
Wisky coca 1 gorgée 7€…
Dommage.
28/08/2024: "I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After eating here, I unfortunately suffered from food poisoning, which ruined the rest of my day. The quality of the food seems questionable, and I highly recommend be careful if you plan to eat here I hope the establishment takes steps quickly to improve food safety.

03/01/2026: Just noticed I did not rate Vi Long before. But perhaps late, I do it now. The best option in all Blagnac in my point of view for truly tasty, health and fresh food, served in a great atmosphere (by good staff and comfortable space) and offered by a fair price.
I just keep checking it from time to time hoping it will reopen someday, since it became “temporarily closed”.
