27/06/2026: Ordered a burger with no tomato... It had tomato. Was average taste for a burger and the salad on the side was just lettuce. Fries were good. Although the staff were friendly and nice they were rushed off their feet due to understaffing. Waited a long time for service.

18/05/2026: The setting is very nice. However, I'm sorry to say I was disappointed with my Caesar salad. The chicken tender was good, but the presentation was very basic, and for example, the hard-boiled eggs were cold and tasteless, as if they'd just come out of the freezer.

29/05/2026: A superb experience with Sylvie who enchanted us and took us on a journey. I highly recommend it. Thank you again for the evening and the warm welcome.

22/05/2026: We came on Wednesday the 20th A.M. and were served by two unpleasant saleswomen who clearly didn't want to help customers we won't be going back

31/07/2026: We had a meal on a Friday at 1:30 pm in a dirty restaurant. Not a single table was cleaned, even though there were only about fifteen people. The staff were indifferent and unaware of the offer displayed in the restaurant window regarding movie tickets.

31/07/2026: The atmosphere in the establishment was gloomy, and a cockroach was spotted between the ice machine and the beverage dispenser.

07/04/2026: The security staff are incredibly picky. In all my travels, I've only ever seen anything like it in Toulouse: they'll give you a hard time about mascara not being in a clear plastic bag and will even quibble over 5 ml of excess liquid, claiming they have their own "specific rules" that they follow. It's utter nonsense. Here, they nitpick over every detail, as if it were a world-class airport, even though it's practically empty and there are very few direct flights to Europe.

26/06/2026: The pizzas are great. The place is cute, and the servers are lovely. Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of meeting the owner and his angelic face. What a shame to spoil such a pleasant face with such a miserable attitude. Sir, I hope you one day find the serenity needed to manage 25 customers and 40 late pizzas without taking your frustrations out on your servers. Perhaps if your mother had breastfed you, you would have been less frustrated. But don't worry about your team; they're fantastic and save the day. Closing the kitchen at 9 p.m. on a World Cup night was audacious; confusing your servers in front of your customers is even more comical. Keep your chin up. Luckily, you have the S, it's great 🫶🏻

28/07/2026: Today I ate there for the first time and I really enjoyed it, especially our waiter Axel who took care of us from start to finish, right up until we paid. He was very friendly and pleasant, and it was a real treat to see someone like him, as it's rare to find such kind waiters these days. We also appreciated the manager's gesture of goodwill in not charging us for the coffee, which was really bad, so we didn't drink it. A lovely place for a nice break! 👍🙏

27/05/2026: Staying in an airport hotel, we walked here twice as it was convenient. First time, the very pleasant lady owner had lost her voice, and she was so kind and welcoming to us without a reservation, with a couple of the best wood fired pizzas we had had in a long time. The second time, it was halloween, and it seemed as if we were not very welcome as we had not booked a table. However, we were still seated and had a good meal. The food is excellent, and this is a very nice place to have dinner if you are waiting for a flight out, or staying at the airport and not wanting to go into town.

22/01/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! To begin with, you can't see what you're eating. The steak tartare was clearly microwaved, the chicken pizza was tasteless, and to top it all off, the pasta carbonara was completely uninteresting.

14/07/2026: I regularly travel to Toulouse for business and, when I have the chance, I have lunch at La Table Midi31. Until now, everything had always gone very well. However, on my last visit, I was disappointed by the service. I ordered a glass of wine, and the waitress served it rather nonchalantly. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but her attitude made me uncomfortable and gave me the feeling of being judged. After a long journey and with jet lag, you simply want to have a pleasant time, not feel this kind of awkwardness. At the end of the meal, the waiter brought us coffee. We thanked him, but he didn't even respond, which reinforced this impression of being disregarded. On the other hand, I must commend the professionalism of the head waitress, who was always smiling, welcoming, and very pleasant. I hope this experience will remain an exception, as I usually enjoy this restaurant.

13/06/2026: ⭐ 1/5 I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a ribeye steak for €39, and with a bottle of water, the total bill came to €46. At that price, I have the right to expect quality meat. Unfortunately, what I was served was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The meat was incredibly tough. I had to use considerable force to cut it with a knife. If even the knife struggles to cut the meat, how is a customer supposed to chew and enjoy it? In the end, I was only able to eat a few bites before having to leave almost all of the meat on the plate, as it was impossible for me to continue eating it. When I pointed out the problem to the staff, instead of checking the quality of the dish or looking for a solution, they blamed me for having asked for it to be cooked longer. What's absurd is that the inside of the meat was still clearly red. Furthermore, they acted as if I had never eaten ribeye steak before, even though I clearly explained that I had tried this dish in many different restaurants and had never encountered meat of such poor quality. I clearly stated that I couldn't eat the dish, but the restaurant refused to replace it and offered no reasonable solution to help the customer. What disappointed me most wasn't just the extremely poor quality of the meat, but also the way my complaint was handled. That a restaurant can make a mistake is one thing, but denying the problem and forcing the customer to pay in full for a dish that was practically inedible is completely unacceptable. They charge their customers high prices, but the quality of the food is absolutely subpar. For me, it was a very bad restaurant experience.

25/03/2026: One last day… one last shift… One last family meal… a wonderful ovation… A chapter closes with many emotions and beautiful memories. When you go to Flunch, it's not for the food, it's for the cafeteria atmosphere… I knew the one in Blagnac as a teenager; my son's first Flunch was when he was two months old… And it was a ritual… And now he's 12, and we wanted to be there one last time, to show our support for the staff… And it was very emotional and brought tears… I wish the whole team all the best for the future.

13/03/2026: Always satisfied with the meals offered and available. It's a shame that Flunch Blagnac is closing permanently at the end of March. We'll miss it. Why the closure, when the tables were always full at lunchtime?
