13/02/2026: I was kicked out of McDonald's Muret because I didn't order anything after eating, well done McDonald's, this is intolerable and unacceptable.

08/02/2026: We ordered when no one else was there and waited over 30 minutes before being served. The sandwiches arrived cold. When we asked if they could be reheated, we were told it was our fault because we had waited too long to eat them, even though the wait was due to the staff. On top of that, the chicken in our sandwiches wasn't cooked, which is completely unacceptable. A very bad experience, both in terms of service and the quality of the food.

26/08/2025: We're looking for a quiet drink on a Saturday morning. We have a Perrier and two cokes, total: €9.50. The owner says he only accepts cards from €10, it's a 50 cent nitpick, but I understand. We say, well, add a Perrier, we'll drink it at some point. The response is "no, I've already entered the bill, go and withdraw it, it's not far." What a joke, having to go and withdraw it from the bank 200m away for 50 cents. When we come back and have paid the €9.50, the owner asks us if we want him to serve us at the table. Well, yes, we'd just have to come and get it too... So he comes back with the order and more or less throws the change (50 cent coins) in our faces with a haughty smile. Lamentable, we should have left.

26/08/2025: It's honestly terrible not to be able to give 0 stars. If the man behind the bar on Saturday mornings is the boss, I feel sorry for his employees. It must be awful to work in such an environment! Having to pay cash for anything less than the ten euros charged (by the restaurant) is one thing, but getting kicked out afterward when you wanted to add a drink to pay more than ten euros is another. This man behind the bar is odious, only serves if asked (it's clearly not instinctive to do good work), and allows himself to throw change on the table, thinking he's who knows what. When I read some of the other reviews, I tell myself that we were ultimately lucky. It goes without saying that I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, at least not this "waiter." One question remains: why do you do this job if you don't like it?

11/12/2025: Positive points: comfortable bed, welcoming staff, good hotel location. Negative points: you can hear what's happening in all the neighboring rooms, bathroom needs renovation.

01/12/2025: Very noisy, poorly soundproofed room, and I suspect foreigners living there year-round with children. The room smelled bad (I could hear the neighbor urinating). Really not great, but the staff were very kind and welcoming.
