06/03/2026: The meat was okay, however, the side dish was a small bowl of salad for 4 people, the same quantity as for 2. The fries were supposedly fresh but were actually frozen!
27/02/2026: Really disappointed by the fries. Very hard, dry, inedible. A shame, because I only came for the salmon escalope. I had a pint of beer as an aperitif, and they were out of peanuts too.
New experience, and once again, a slight disappointment. The tiramisu (my guilty pleasure) wasn't fresh. The biscuit at the bottom of the ramekin was soggy. Not very appetizing. It's a shame because the salmon escalope is still excellent.

26/02/2026: It's a real pleasure to be back racing here. The recent cleanup has done wonders, and the new fleet of karts is a game-changer: they're really fast! The track is perfectly maintained, making for smooth and incredibly fun driving. Well done to the team!

The servers are incredibly attentive, and the chef is impeccable.
I can't find a single fault!
Highly recommended!
13/03/2026: Pleasant welcome, service, and setting - Excellent pizzas
Two negative points:
- The menu board, which varies by seat, is not visually accessible.
- We were surprised to be asked to leave the restaurant at 10:15 PM when closing time is normally 11:00 PM.
Perhaps the posted hours should be reviewed, or customers should be notified in advance.

07/03/2026: Very nice and good, depending on the sushi. I got the revolving tray at the bar and you help yourself to whatever you want. The place is quiet and there's parking available, at least between noon and 2 pm. It's best to arrive when they open to get a spot. The taste and quality of the sushi are very good. I especially like the candied ginger.
07/03/2026: I'm Japanese. Since my birthday is coming up and we have a baby, I asked my husband to order sushi to go instead of eating in.
The rice portion was perfect, the fish was fresh and delicious, and the presentation was lovely.
I think this is the best sushi in Muret. Next time I'm craving sushi, I'll definitely order from here again.

There were 25 of us, and everything went perfectly: the meal was excellent and everything arrived piping hot, the service was impeccable, and the owner was very welcoming. He truly went the extra mile to ensure the event was perfect.
We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent value for money.
My duck dish was delicious and very generous....

14/02/2026: The restaurant was full when we arrived... The menu was a bit long... but don't worry! The chicken liver salad, the herring with potatoes in oil, the beef, and the hake fillet on the set menu were all very good for a very reasonable price and served with typical brasserie speed. Make a reservation to avoid disappointment.
P.S.: The flambéed Baked Alaska and the chocolate mousse were also good.
