30/03/2024: What a truly spectacular restaurant! Everything was positively excellent and some of the best Japanese food I’ve had. The waitress was really friendly and helpful, her recommendations were spot on. She helped us to choose the most delicious dishes, the sushi foie gras and the monkfish were just sensational. All the food was so fresh with such a delicate balance of flavour, it was such a pleasure to eat here. It’s no surprise it’s in the Michelin Guide. I can’t recommend it enough!! The restaurant is quite small so I recommend booking at least a day ahead.

We were lucky to have a place there despite the fact that we had not reserved. Dishes to share formula. Interesting choices even for vegetarians… like us.

24/03/2024: The design of the menu is too rigid: there could be a single menu with several choices per dish... And the room is a little noisy... But it's very good and the cuisine is a spectacle!

19/03/2024: Japanese ambient music, sober and distinguished decor, smiling staff, a menu offering various menus where all customers will find what they are looking for... a small welcoming restaurant... and above all a completely entertaining culinary show... The chef, seated in the middle of 2 tables of 6 people each, twirls knife, spatula and fork with 2 skewers. The ingredients (shrimp, salmon, scallops, vegetables) turn, sauté, grill, flambé and land on your plate covered in sauce and seasoned. The cuisine is light and healthy, accompanied by a bowl of rice and a tofu pâté. To wait for the chef to arrive at your table, you are served a bowl of miso soup and 2 sushis. For dessert, flambéed bananas, ice cream or lychees. A change of scenery guaranteed... To try !

06/04/2024: I recommend this place, the food is super good, the staff are super attentive and the atmosphere is great with quite varied theme evenings, go for it with your eyes closed!

04/04/2024: Very pleasant moment. Very welcoming staff, great service and quite fast! The menu is very complete and the (Savoyard) dishes are very good. We had the tartiflette, no complaints and the truffle raclette was very good and the truffle was not very strong! Great atmosphere in the restaurant!

04/04/2024: This is one of the most delicious restaurants I had in Annecy. I had Gambas risotto and tatiflette and it was very delicious. The recommended wine was so delicious that I looked it up and found that it was imported to Korea, so I could enjoy it in Korea too. We made eye contact in passing and I was really happy that he recognized me~! Let’s go back and make good memories!

05/04/2024: It is a small coffee shop that offers delicious handmade biscuits. The cold brew coffee is a little weak but mellow. The owner is kind and friendly.
