01/04/2024: Everything is of excellent quality, except the boss's hair. Other than that, the food is very good and the atmosphere is great.

10/09/2023: Nice little restaurant on the way to Lake Tartevant. I recommend ++++. Be careful, they don't take the card.

12/03/2024: We ate for 6 for lunch after a morning of skiing. The restaurant was full but we found a slot at 2:30 p.m. without a reservation. Very good and good service. Excellent mountain burger!

04/04/2024: We stayed on a half-board basis at the end of March 2024. The hotel is in a good central location. 5 mins walk from the centre of La Clusaz. 15 min walk to Bossonnet Gondola where you can also catch the free bus to La Balme Gondola. Food was excellent (breakfast and dinner) and drinks were included. Nice pool area with a small (but quite deep) pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The children loved the pool and we all used it every evening. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was quite basic but clean and equipped with a TV, bath/shower and seperate toilet. Lift to the 7th floor was a bit inconvenient but we got used to it. Good sized ski storage room accesible by key card. Nice bar area with pool table and foosball which the children and adults enjoyed.

19/03/2024: Well located and clean hotel. Food quality ok, apart from the fruit juice in the machines which is bad industrial. The spa is well equipped but several points need to be reviewed urgently: no towels available, no water and especially no slippers for groups (we must not be fairly acceptable customers but this requires us to go down to the spa in shoes which is anything but hygienic).

02/04/2024: When you enter, nice typical Savoyard decor with photos of skiers. In the toilet the atmosphere is completely different, since we are greeted by two racist “vintage” Banania posters. The place would have lots of old ads like this displayed why not, but that's not the case. And it's very disturbing.

02/03/2024: A lovely café/creperie in the centre of La Clusaz. Great for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner. I went there quite a few times, and enjoyed everything I ordered (savoury: galette or toast with reblochon; sweet: crêpe, tartine aux pommes). Usually quite busy, but there are plenty of tables both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting).

04/03/2024: The taste and quality of the bread correspond, in my opinion, to what every demanding customer has the right to expect... you can go there with your eyes closed.... the risk of being disappointed is almost non-existent

05/01/2024: We spent 4 days in this hotel as a family. I think it is the best in La Clusaz! The service is excellent, the rooms are fabulous and the food is really good!! We are very happy to have chosen this hotel that we will definitely repeat. Highly recommended. They take care of even the smallest detail in treatment, presentation of things, food. Excellent!!! And great music!! With Florián at the helm, he makes everything very easy.
