11/09/2024: Arrêt au chalet de l'Aulp pour une note sucrée. Tarte myrtille très décevante et loin de faire honneur à la savoie et ses restaurants d'alpages. Simple fond de tarte baignant dans le jus des myrtilles décongelées. Sinon bel endroit et équipe sympathique.

19/06/2025: Amazing team, super professional and just lovely to work with. They were very accommodating to stay longer as the guests were having such a great time. Catered an intimate lunch for 14 guests and a party for over 350 guests in the same day for us. Everything was super smooth. The spritz bar was a massive hit and the food was all very tasty! Highly recommend :)

30/09/2024: I will just share my experience of the restaurant. I would like to congratulate the chef and his staff. I have rarely had my taste buds so stimulated, my stomach purred just at the sight of the plates. For that Thank you it's been a very long time. It was a great moment shared with family. Everyone was won over, surprised and delighted. A small downside for a waiter in Bermuda shorts and sneakers that surprised me a little... but quickly forgotten during the tasting... See you soon

28/09/2024: Superb experience. The staff was very welcoming and caring. The view of the bay is magical. I really fell in love with the fish from the lake, the whole meal was excellent.

16/01/2025: We spent a wonderful evening at the 1903 restaurant. The welcome, the service and the setting are incredible and the dishes were all better than the others! I would come back without hesitation.

16/01/2025: The place is sumptuous, magical, in my eyes the most beautiful place around Lake Annecy. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, a real break of happiness, I will come back to discover the other services 👍🏼🙂

15/10/2024: Just had a stunningly good 3-day work meeting at Le Cottage Bise. I only wish I'd stayed longer to make the most of this glorious venue! From start to end, the service was impeccable, and the food outstanding - to serve perfect steak to 67 people simultaneously was a remarkable feat, and the hotel team also catered very well for the group's various dietary issues at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a shame I didn't have time to go swimming as the pool looked and felt very inviting (only had time to dip my hand in). My room was excellent, with a lovely view of the lake, and the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom included robes, slippers and very tasteful toiletries, and everywhere was extremely clean. The conference rooms were in an amazing 11th century priory a couple of minutes on foot from the main hotel and was perfect for our needs. Very highly recommended!

I was organizing a business event for 70 people, they closed the hotel for us, the conference room (thank you very much Gabriella!!!), the food (I'd like to highlight the risotto, the perfect egg, beef and the desserts) and the service were incredible! Every detail was perfect! Everyone complimented and enjoyed the location and the Cottage Bise! Thank you to Mr. Bise and his team for all their hard work and effort. It's obvious they have a wealth of experience in organizing special events and know what they're doing. I highly recommend them if you want to organize a successful event! 17/09/2024: Great for tents with flat grassy pitches a short walk from the lake front. We only stayed for one night but I would have been happy to stay here for a few days. The only downside was that reception closed earlier than advertised.

10/09/2024: Neat campsite with spacious pitches directly on the lake. Nice facilities and private beach. From the campsite there is a beautiful walking route directly to a beautiful viewpoint over the lake. Challenging climb but doable. Annecy is a beautiful city to visit. Fantastic environment.
