The breakfast is varied and lives up to this very beautiful establishment. The chef and his team offer us a beautiful culinary journey in an enchanting setting with a relaxing view of the lake. In short: a well-deserved rest away from stress! We will return with pleasure

Everything was perfectly prepared; we simply had to relax and savor every moment. This was a truly wonderful, relaxed, and delicious experience, and will remain one of the most cherished memories of our wedding. Thank you for everything that made this brunch so special!

Christophe was able to offer us a personalized package, and he was very responsive and professional. The complete package was... very complete; we thoroughly enjoyed the bagels, and a special mention goes to the fries! It's just a shame there was a misunderstanding about the lactose in the bread, but my friend was able to find something he liked elsewhere :-)

27/10/2025: Having come for a drink around 2 p.m. to warm up in view of the terrible weather, we were captivated by this timeless place with its "estaminet" atmosphere and tasted the dishes on offer. It's tasty, traditional, and French (eggs meurette, snails, stewed brisket, homemade mashed potatoes) and it's everything we love! Authentic cuisine, very friendly welcome, and a warm atmosphere! Save room for the desserts, which are very generous, and keep your eyes open for the vintage decor. Special mention to the friendly, smiling, and accommodating server!

20/03/2026: The location is breathtaking, right on the lake, creating such a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere.
19/03/2026: A mixed experience.
As a regular at afternoon tea, I unfortunately left somewhat disappointed by this €35 afternoon tea. While the selection offered was distinguished by its quality and diversity, the fact that it was offered separately from any drinks (which were extra) is surprising in an establishment of this caliber and disrupts the overall experience.
Furthermore, the absence of a cloakroom seems out of step with the expected standards of a place that aims for refinement and customer comfort.
Finally, despite the carefully presented offering, the portions served were particularly small. This approach, although perhaps intended with delicacy in mind, leaves an impression of excessive restraint and fails to deliver the generous and indulgent character one expects from afternoon tea. A promising concept on paper, but the balance between quality and price didn't fully convince me. There's still work to be done to reach the expected level of excellence.

13/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at the Chalet de l'Aulp. The people were truly lovely and the food delicious! I ate the tartiflette, the best I've ever eaten!!
The team came out in person to sing us Happy Birthday with our cake, which was absolutely adorable!!
I recommend it 200%!
Just be careful about the parking lot downstairs; when it's full, the police will fine cars parked further down...
Go for it!

11/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at Talloires Abbey. The place is calm, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation. Our requests were taken into account with great care when assigning our room, and we were even surprised to be upgraded.
It was a short stay, which didn't allow us to experience all the amenities the abbey has to offer. But we're already looking forward to returning and fully discovering everything the abbey has to offer.
09/03/2026: Late afternoon drinks, very good cocktails. But it took over an hour to get the menus. We even got up to go get them ourselves.
Other customers left without ordering anything, while a waitress chatted with friends in front of us. The setting is beautiful, worth seeing, but you need to have plenty of free time.

Top massages, copious and delicious brunch, small grassy beach with deckchairs and parasols with pontoon on the lake, magnificent!

Franchement je ne comprends pas les gens qui se permettent de critiquer encore .

09/08/2024: Le cadre est Top, l'accueil, les différentes possibilités en "salle", en "terrasse ", en fait partout on y est bien pour passer de supers moments avec des cocktails et se régaler de l'entrée au dessert.
Mentions spéciales pour les salades et le Burger du Santo
