04/09/2024: Saturday evening I wanted to have a drink. I arrive at 7:25 p.m. and wait 10 minutes for at least a waiter.... I go to the counter to order and they tell me that they are no longer used because the bar closes at 8 p.m.!!!! I left. I would like to point out that the terrace was full and that the 2 waiters saw me sitting down..... So I went to the Central in the pedestrian street where they served me without problem even though it closed 10 minutes later... I won't go back there again...

11/09/2024: First time at pizza fresca, I was absolutely not disappointed, it was DELICIOUS. The boss makes everything homemade, even the tomato coulis, he is passionate, you can feel it in his know-how. He recommended the vegetarian pizza to me, it was EXCEPTIONAL, the vegetables were tastefully prepared, it was delicious. Not to mention the dough made from cereals but also a variant made from natural charcoal and buckwheat which was very good and which is a change from the classics. A warm and friendly welcome and service... You can go there with your eyes closed, I recommend 100%. Thank you very much for this great discovery!

I've been getting all my pizzas from you for many years, even though I know some people may point out that you're a "chain", who cares, your pizzas are a sure thing!!!! It’s not for nothing that your pizzeria has been operating for so many years! Ahmet who has been working with you for I don't know how many years and your whole team is really great, the dough is fine like in Italy, the products have taste! TASTE!!!!! This is the most important and the prices are really in line for everyone, if I could give 10 stars I would! It really comes from the heart, don’t change anything!!!

13/09/2024: I order kebabs and they put me a mixture of chicken and meat without specifying that it was a mixture of meat, super dry with very little sauce and very little raw vegetables (salad not great) the bread not at all like before and the fries don't tempt you. I am extremely disappointed because I often ordered there and I didn't understand what happened but I won't come back too disappointed it's a shame I really liked it before especially when he made the lamb and the kebab bread was homemade.

04/09/2024: Disappointment because we stopped at this establishment in view of the numerous "petit futé" plates including 2024. I hardly know their selection criteria but when we stop at a chip shop it is to eat good homemade fries. Not the case at all with my Ami. We were already wondering when we arrived because only 3 tables on the terrace were available, the others were padlocked🤔. We ask for the menu and the waitress asks us if we are sure to eat there 🤔. The only positive point is the steak and its cooking, but the rest frozen fries, burger bread🍔? sauces not quality. Plate of frozen fries €4 exaggerated 🤯 And when I came home to pay, I thought my sneakers were going to stick to the floor.... Disappointment No recommendation from me, I'll let you make your choice

11/06/2024: A nice little bar where you can have a snack and drink a cold beer or something else. The barmaid is super friendly and offers concert evenings, which is rare enough in Thonon to be noted. Cutting-edge and current musical programming as well as a great atmosphere. I highly recommend.

21/08/2024: We went there twice, once for dinner, everything is so-so! And once for a drink at the end of the afternoon, disaster, indolent waiter who looks ugly, 20 minutes to take the order and 10 more to be served and the drink ordered arrives incomplete.

13/08/2024: Attention à ce que vous payez messieurs dames ! .... els prix figurant sur l'addition étaient différents par rapport au prix affichés sur la carte des menus Crêpe caramel : carte des menus : 3.70 € - facturée 4.70 € 1/4 de Gewurztraminer : carte de menus : 8.70 € - facturée : 9 € La note a été rectifiée mais, outre leur mécontentement suite à ma réclamation, combien de clients se sont fait arnaqués! Ils ont perdus 2 clients, qu'ils le sachent.

08/08/2024: Serveuse qui refuse de servir après 20 minutes d'attente même en étant allé demander directement au bar, et fait passer sa mauvaise journée sur le dos des clients, c'est honteux.

06/09/2024: I can only give one star to each section… We come for dinner: 1) we are made to wait, ok no problem 2) 10 minutes later, a person comes to welcome us: we ask for a table for 2 (there was still quite a bit of space), the person leaves to check, but does not come back to us… 3) another 10 minutes later, another person approaches us, but takes care of the takeaway pizzas 4) we wait another 10 minutes: we decide to leave… Too bad… so we went to eat elsewhere… Waiting time just to get seated, endless, other customers also left before us…

30/08/2024: Delicious pizza, lousy service. Despite a very sparsely filled room this lunchtime, a lot of waiting planted like radishes in front of the door, a lot of waiting for the order to be taken and no one ever came to clear us out and offer us dessert or coffee...
