20/05/2024: Very good starters and main courses! But we were disappointed with the dessert. The Vacherin was in fact ice cream (and probably industrial), not meringue... too bad when we advertise fresh and homemade products not to go all the way with the desserts. The service, although pleasant, was very chaotic. Average value for money because a little expensive.

16/10/2024: 6 years ago, I was satisfied. Unfortunately, not anymore. The quality has declined. It's no longer the pizzas I used to enjoy. On the other hand, the price has obviously increased. Dough too thin, it remains rigid when you carry a piece and dries quickly (frozen?). Pizza with little filling, even with the basic ingredients (tomato sauce and cheese). I had a classic Neapolitan, it was very good 🤷‍♂️... I will head to an Italian pizzeria and not a Chablaisian one next time. Make tartiflette, it's less difficult! Those who gave 5 stars must have had a pineapple pizza 🤦‍♂️. The positive points: the service, the boss and his employees, the speed, the location.

06/09/2024: I can only give one star to each section… We come for dinner: 1) we are made to wait, ok no problem 2) 10 minutes later, a person comes to welcome us: we ask for a table for 2 (there was still quite a bit of space), the person leaves to check, but does not come back to us… 3) another 10 minutes later, another person approaches us, but takes care of the takeaway pizzas 4) we wait another 10 minutes: we decide to leave… Too bad… so we went to eat elsewhere… Waiting time just to get seated, endless, other customers also left before us…

30/08/2024: Delicious pizza, lousy service. Despite a very sparsely filled room this lunchtime, a lot of waiting planted like radishes in front of the door, a lot of waiting for the order to be taken and no one ever came to clear us out and offer us dessert or coffee...

04/09/2024: Disappointment because we stopped at this establishment in view of the numerous "petit futé" plates including 2024. I hardly know their selection criteria but when we stop at a chip shop it is to eat good homemade fries. Not the case at all with my Ami. We were already wondering when we arrived because only 3 tables on the terrace were available, the others were padlocked🤔. We ask for the menu and the waitress asks us if we are sure to eat there 🤔. The only positive point is the steak and its cooking, but the rest frozen fries, burger bread🍔? sauces not quality. Plate of frozen fries €4 exaggerated 🤯 And when I came home to pay, I thought my sneakers were going to stick to the floor.... Disappointment No recommendation from me, I'll let you make your choice

13/08/2024: Attention à ce que vous payez messieurs dames ! .... els prix figurant sur l'addition étaient différents par rapport au prix affichés sur la carte des menus Crêpe caramel : carte des menus : 3.70 € - facturée 4.70 € 1/4 de Gewurztraminer : carte de menus : 8.70 € - facturée : 9 € La note a été rectifiée mais, outre leur mécontentement suite à ma réclamation, combien de clients se sont fait arnaqués! Ils ont perdus 2 clients, qu'ils le sachent.

08/08/2024: Serveuse qui refuse de servir après 20 minutes d'attente même en étant allé demander directement au bar, et fait passer sa mauvaise journée sur le dos des clients, c'est honteux.

29/05/2024: Le cadre du bâtiment est magnifique , c'est presque digne d'un hôtel restaurant de luxe. Mais pour manger et être content, c'est la loterie . j'y suis allé plusieurs fois , cette fois c'était vraiment pas bon , des quantités limités. le peu que j'ai mangé ma rendu malade ( A vomir ) dans les heures qui ont suivis ... Ça parait incroyable mais c'est pourtant la réalité et j'en suis désolé !

06/05/2024: Plats trop cuits, manque de garniture, trop d attente (3h30 pour un repas), impossible d avoir des informations sur le contenu de nos assiettes. Le pire : nous avons demandé du vin servi au verre, et le contenu de la bouteille déjà ouverte avait probablement été coupé a l'eau par des petits malins. En bref, trop cher pour ce que c'est : être cobayes pour des étudiants qui s exercent sur nous !

15/12/2024: A customer for over 15 years, it's been a while since I ordered and today after ordering takeaway, I'm disappointed to see that it's no longer like before, the meat had an aftertaste as if it were at the limit of consumption and also the smell, the uncooked fries and the salad without sauce or micro sauce We had to stop eating because we were too afraid of getting sick. Too bad because it was the best kebab in Thonon.

29/08/2024: If I could put zero I would put it Unfriendly boss and waitress The waitress speaks too loudly and is rude to customers The boss almost threw breakfast on the table, not a smile, I had tears in my eyes, we have never been so poorly received I think they earn enough without the tourists…. I strongly advise against

05/09/2024: A l'accueil, premièrement nous avions l'impression de ne pas être les bienvenues à 20h15. Nous avons été placé à l'étage car plus de place en bas (pas grave). Sauf que nous avons eu l'impression de rentrer dans un four tellement il faisait chaud et pas de clim. Ensuite un serveur pas professionnel du tout, le sourire oublié chez lui je pense, une bouteille de rosé commandé resté sur la console pendant au moins 5 minutes avant d'arriver sur notre table, avec un bac à glace... SANS GLACE. J'avais l'habitude de manger dans cet établissement il y a trois ou quatre ans... Je n'y retournerais pas.
