10/06/2026: Finally, a thin, light, and crispy crust, Roman-style. Generous and flavorful toppings. The best pizza I've found in Haute-Savoie so far. For those who want to resist the thick-crust trend!
05/06/2026: The phone reception was unpleasant; they practically wanted to hang up on us.
Delivery is never available.
We were customers for a long time, but we won't be back. There are plenty of pizzerias in Thonon that are very happy to serve you! 🫣

05/07/2026: At the end of our Route des Grandes Alpes tour, we were exhausted and wanted to enjoy a delicious meal by the water. We stopped at Le Remous and received incredibly friendly service. The food was delicious, and there was a wonderful atmosphere right on the harbor.
It was a perfect end to our tour, and we'd love to come back.
The restaurant offers excellent value for money, and we can't understand the negative reviews about long wait times. We were there in the evening during peak hours, and all the staff were efficient. We were also easily allowed to take a bottle of water with us.

29/07/2026: They make a very nice children's menu plate, which for me is more than enough.
28/07/2026: The kebab meat was very good, but ruined by the reheated, day-old bread. What a shame! It's unacceptable to sell stale bread with kebabs; it completely ruins it.
Please be careful next time; the sandwich fell apart because the bread was so stale, and that ruined the taste too!

07/08/2026: We stopped by Hazard for a drink on Wednesday. The welcome was very lukewarm; we were stared at from head to toe by a young woman and a young man, plus a gentleman.
The worst part, actually, was the toilets: dilapidated and disgusting, a horror to avoid.
07/08/2026: This is my fourth time at My Ami, and the experience is always excellent.
The burgers are delicious, the staff is very friendly, and the owner is incredibly kind.
Plus, the 60s decor is really cool.
I highly recommend My Ami to you, whether you're with friends or family. Go for it!

18/07/2026: We got the buy one, get one free pizza deal. Just a reminder it’s only available for takeaway or if you eat in.
They have a wide variety of options on the menu, pizzas, tenders, wings, and sandwiches. Everything was really good. The pizzas were the size we expected, and the service was friendly and fast.
We’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend this place!

03/08/2026: I've eaten there several times hoping it would be good, but no, the restaurant is really awful. Plus, the waiters are incredibly unfriendly, and you wait forever for them to clear your table. A nightmare!
27/07/2026: Fantastic time!! We went there with a friend without really knowing what to expect because it had been so long, and we were pleasantly surprised!
We ordered two cocktails; the price wasn't excessive considering the quality and quantity in the glass. We had the cocktail of the moment, "The Blue," which was really good, and the waitress, Mélanie, was absolutely lovely. A big thank you to her! We'll definitely be back.

19/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unfriendly waitress. We came from Geneva. We asked twice for water for our dog; it's over 30 degrees Celsius. We're still waiting. The warm goat cheese salad was so-so.

He told us to leave the table because it was reserved for evening meals.

11/08/2024: Arrived on the 6th August with our caravan. The pitch is tight and right opposite the noisey park with inflatables so screaming kids in the evening makes it hard to relax. The electric hook up doesn’t have water also as other campsite do in France. There needs to be a swimming pool
On this site as it is very hot in the summer and the lake isn’t comfortable to sit on a slop. Can I suggest you make the beach area longer! So it’s not comfortable to sit on. The staff in reception are nice and the animation. The staff in the shop are super slow. don’t just go and buy one thing at this shop as it will take you 10 minutes to pay . You are best off getting supplies from Lidl up the road. Will not stay here again it’s too busy for me and also actually quite expensive for 70 euro a night.
