25/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome upon arrival and immediately felt at ease. The setting is really lovely, cozy, and pleasant. And the meat… simply incredible!! A flank steak like I hadn't had in a long time: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience; we will definitely be back!

18/03/2026: It had been 10 years since I'd been to a Hippopotamus, and what a wonderful rediscovery it was in January 2026! A steakhouse atmosphere with all the delicious aromas that go with it. A very varied menu. The service is efficient and very pleasant. We appreciated the little chips to accompany our aperitif. The dishes were very good, and the chestnut dessert was a pure delight! I will definitely be back! Reservations can be made online. Update following my third visit in March 2026: Thank you to Rachel, who was particularly efficient and pleasant. A thank you also to the rest of the team for their kindness. The food is always top-notch! And that applecake was delicious! 🤪
