25/11/2024: Small, unpretentious restaurant but we simply enjoyed ourselves!!! At lunchtime the menu is short but the choices are perfect! Too bad we live far away otherwise we would come back.

13/09/2024: I am critical of restaurants, now only focusing on quality and therefore having to reduce frequency/quantity. I discovered this restaurant last week before it closed (only opens in summer). One word: Excellent The welcome is warm and really friendly. The dishes are delicious (special mention to the Rossini tartine) and indeed hearty. The setting is magnificent (old farmhouse) and the staff are responsive in the service. It's a 10/10 So I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed, go for it ;)

22/06/2025: Good hotel in a strategic location for us in the French Alps. With 58 Dutch biker friends we were very hospitably received here with good rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Also the shower was for me one of the best I have ever had anywhere. We will gladly come back here again.

06/09/2024: Really quality cuisine, with real research into the sauces. A super accessible chef (Claire) who loves her job, you can see (and feel) it on the plates! Flawless, from aperitif to dessert. Really homemade, which is increasingly rare, and high quality local products. We tasted the gratin of ravioli with Queyras blue cheese, a treat and very hearty, the absolutely divine homemade Burger (with its candied onions, homemade bun, excellent meat cooked to perfection, with Queyras blue cheese), the duck breast with sauce with red fruits, and tiramisu. The plates are very generous. Very good wines (and good food and wine pairing advice from our waitress), and the icing on the cake: an excellent génep. A great discovery, the Guillestrin will undoubtedly see us again!

30/08/2024: Very warm welcome, fresh and quality dishes, special mention for the “pork with caramel”, a delight, the best I have eaten so far. The lady was alone for the service and despite all the people it went well.

28/08/2024: We have been coming to Guillestre for years and finally we are taking the time to dine here! Very good value for money, good service, friendly welcome! The dishes are very good and there are even something for vegetarians!
