03/04/2024: Mixed experience. There were only 2 entries left out of 8 on the menu. More suggestions of the day. Same for desserts. Pretty good food but quantities a little tight. Service a bit slow. But not bad nonetheless. Nice decor and great location.
01/04/2024: In addition to good food and a diverse menu, the staff is super friendly! Even in high season with people, they know how to keep a smile and make themselves adaptable and available. This is not the case everywhere, it is worth emphasizing ;-)

Nice ambience, mostly furnished in wood, with interesting details.
Excellent service - from the reception to the precise presentation of individual dishes, wine... and friendly service.
The food was very tasty. My company and I chose 3 traditional dishes and really enjoyed tasting them (and 'eating' them).
I recommend it if you will be near Briançon.
We were very pleased to be greeted in our Slovenian language... A true miracle in France 😉. Otherwise, we communicated fluently in English, so don't worry if you don't know French.

19/03/2024: The food is of very poor quality, the cold meats clearly come from supermarket trays and the fondue has no taste. Very unfriendly welcome, I must surely disturb them. I wonder where they found good reviews?

07/03/2024: Very surprised to have managed to validate my master's degree and finish my final thesis before my meal arrived. Also surprised to have waited 1 hour for still water, the same time as a Malian farmer having to fetch water from the well and return home to water his 15 children and his wife.
07/03/2024: Completely disorganized and understaffed service. An hour late for the reservation, endless waits afterwards. If you want to ski, go your way

14/02/2024: I ordered a chorizo pizza for €13.50 already and they gave me a margarita. I asked to be given the chorizo pizza. They gave me the same pizza again with uncooked bits of chorizo. DID NOT BELIEVE YOUR PIZZARIA IS A 5 star PIZZARIA please thank you. Tchip

02/04/2024: Loved the hotel. For a last minute snowboarding trip the hotel was perfectly placed for the lift.
The members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the owner extremely pleasant.
The food was amazing! For the money you can spend on self catering and eating out, half board is the way to go and the menu and food on offer was consistently better and more enjoyable than any of the restaurants I visited on my last trip to Chantemerle in January. I will definitely be back next year! A*
28/02/2024: This hotel practices overbooking!
They canceled our reservation on the day of arrival at the resort, during the school holiday period.
The receptionist was very embarrassed but unable to help us. The managers, despite our insistence, never bothered to call back.
Fortunately the tourist office was resourceful.
To avoid... while waiting for practices and those responsible to change!
