27/08/2026: We went there for lunch today. What a pleasant surprise! From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, but don't hesitate to go inside. It's one of those little Asian restaurants that are becoming increasingly rare these days. The welcome was truly delightful, and the food was excellent and delicious. Unbeatable value for money.

28/08/2026: A very good meal at the foot of the Tourmalet pass, excellent meat cooked on the brazier, very good cheese, and a delicious blueberry tart.

Welcomed by the Chef
His motto: I cook simply but with the best ingredients thanks to my network of partners
Example: he partnered with one of the best cheesemakers in the world to offer the finest matured cheeses of the region on his menu (the P'tit Mignon sheep's cheese made by the 4th best cheesemaker in the world, D. Bouchait)
In addition to being a chef, he is a farmer and producer with 1400 head of cattle
The meat is of exceptional quality, meltingly tender and cooked to perfection
The desserts are equally impressive; I recommend the homemade blueberry tart topped with rum-infused whipped cream
All this at very reasonable prices
Oh, and the chef is a big rugby fan and, incidentally, a fan of the Toulouse club
Nobody's perfect!
