Prices more than reasonable for what we ate.
Very pleasant setting.
We opted for the set menu and our meal was excellent.
We arrived at 2 pm and were greeted and served with a smile.
03/09/2026: Thank you for the warm welcome and the excellent restaurant service 👏. The location in the resort is exceptional, with an outdoor terrace overlooking the slopes and a cozy atmosphere inside. The pizzas 🍕 are made by a top-notch chef. Special mention to the owner and his great sense of humor. I highly recommend it.

15/04/2026: A superb discovery. Honestly, I'm speechless. Well, almost. Superb. Exquisite and refined cuisine, professional and efficient service, a truly welcoming atmosphere. The best thing to do is go and experience it for yourself.
05/04/2026: Easter lunch menu at €56 per person.
The location is very pleasant, as is the terrace.
The outdoor chairs are too low for the tables and could use some cushions.
The rap music coming from the kitchen somewhat spoils the atmosphere.
The quality of the ingredients was there, but the price/menu ratio was a bit too high for my taste.

21/05/2026: I visited in 2019 and have incredible memories of this place. 😍 My only regret is not having found the time to go back yet. But I highly, wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a beautiful place and the food is absolutely delicious. 👏
11/05/2026: We discovered this tea room yesterday and it was a wonderful find. A warm and welcoming place, the owner is very kind. The pastries are excellent, made by her husband who is a pastry chef. The wild blueberry tart was delicious, and the strawberry cake was very good. We loved it and will definitely be back. A must-visit if you're in Bagnères (next to Aquensis).

His motto: I cook simply but with the best ingredients thanks to my network of partners
Example: he partnered with one of the best cheesemakers in the world to offer the finest matured cheeses of the region on his menu (the P'tit Mignon sheep's cheese made by the 4th best cheesemaker in the world, D. Bouchait)
In addition to being a chef, he is a farmer and producer with 1400 head of cattle
The meat is of exceptional quality, meltingly tender and cooked to perfection
The desserts are equally impressive; I recommend the homemade blueberry tart topped with rum-infused whipped cream
All this at very reasonable prices
Oh, and the chef is a big rugby fan and, incidentally, a fan of the Toulouse club
Nobody's perfect!

15/08/2026: First time I've ordered lemonade in a café and been served a full glass instead of a can or small bottle. So I asked them what kind of lemonade it was, and they wouldn't let me see. A dubious cost-cutting practice.

15/03/2026: We came for lunch today, looking for a good raclette... And we were served, and served just as well! The portions were generous, the waiters and waitresses were lovely, we had a really great time! We'll definitely be back!
