15/05/2026: Excellent, as always. From the welcome (very professional, attentive to your well-being) to the service. The dishes were seasoned to perfection, and the side salad had the perfect flavor (rare, as most restaurants offer bland salads without dressing). I, who never write reviews, feel compelled to recommend this establishment on this site. So yes, the bill reflects the quality of your meal, but if you only have time for one restaurant... make no mistake, because this one is superb! I eagerly await the next menu! Christophe

05/06/2026: We ate à la carte at lunchtime on the terrace. We ordered an aperitif, a salad, a scallop dish, and a quarter-liter of wine. The salad was overly vinegary and chewy. The scallops weren't fresh—four for me and six for my mother—accompanied by a quarter of a potato, a 3-centimeter carrot, a quarter of a turnip, and a slice of zucchini. A thick emulsion sauce accompanied everything. At the end of the meal, my mother asked me why the main course was taking so long to arrive... Total cost: 57 euros.

21/05/2026: Delicious homemade food. The waiter, Bertrand, was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again.

15/04/2026: A superb discovery. Honestly, I'm speechless. Well, almost. Superb. Exquisite and refined cuisine, professional and efficient service, a truly welcoming atmosphere. The best thing to do is go and experience it for yourself.

05/04/2026: Easter lunch menu at €56 per person. The location is very pleasant, as is the terrace. The outdoor chairs are too low for the tables and could use some cushions. The rap music coming from the kitchen somewhat spoils the atmosphere. The quality of the ingredients was there, but the price/menu ratio was a bit too high for my taste.

21/05/2026: I visited in 2019 and have incredible memories of this place. 😍 My only regret is not having found the time to go back yet. But I highly, wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a beautiful place and the food is absolutely delicious. 👏

11/05/2026: We discovered this tea room yesterday and it was a wonderful find. A warm and welcoming place, the owner is very kind. The pastries are excellent, made by her husband who is a pastry chef. The wild blueberry tart was delicious, and the strawberry cake was very good. We loved it and will definitely be back. A must-visit if you're in Bagnères (next to Aquensis).
