02/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. If I could give a negative review, I would. Half the menu wasn't even available. They only notified us at the last minute, after an hour's wait for someone to take our order, while my wife was there chatting with her friends. Very disrespectful. It's not what it used to be; it's really changed.

12/12/2025: We had lunch at Timbaud with 15 classmates today. Despite a very large table, the service was perfect. The welcome was extremely warm and the food was excellent. The merguez couscous was truly delicious. The two owners took great care of us all. I'll be back soon, thank you again!

30/04/2026: Message to the owner: We arrived at 9:30 PM after a 30-minute drive and were told they weren't taking any more customers, even though all the tables were still empty.
How can a restaurant with no full tables on the eve of a public holiday stop taking customers at 9:30 PM under the pretext that the kitchen is closing?
They offered us takeout, so why is the kitchen closed for takeout but not for dine-in?
As a regular customer, I am very, very disappointed on the eve of a public holiday.
23/04/2026: The food was incredible; the flavors of India were beautifully presented. No complaints whatsoever.
Therefore, we came on Thursday at noon at 7 a.m. We were served and greeted by one of the waitresses, who was very pleasant and welcoming. Perfect.
However, the second waitress was completely unprofessional. All the service was conducted over the phone; we could hear her talking from our table, swearing, and... When it came time to pay, we saw her practically lying down in her chair.

We're at L'Alchimiste, and if you want to damage your eardrums, then come on over!!!!
Worst night ever, with the decibels constantly rising.
Despite our requests to turn it down a bit, the DJ refused, and we couldn't enjoy our meal or the evening at all. A truly aggressive racket for our poor ears!!!
Avoid at all costs!

The menu was excellent with very good flavors at a reasonable price.
The dessert was just as good.
It's great to have this type of restaurant in Gennevilliers.
I highly recommend it.

26/04/2026: A phone number that never answers, so I had to go there in person. I told them the phone wasn't being answered, and they told me I had to come in person, LOL. No big deal, I'll celebrate the kids' birthdays somewhere else.
The staff is incredibly unpleasant (this isn't the first time). The wait time is endless.
A disgrace for McDonald's.
It's a shame McDonald's doesn't monitor its franchises more closely.

10/12/2024: Despite placing several orders, I am very disappointed. I systematically indicate that I do not want raw vegetables, but I always receive sandwiches that do not respect my request. In addition, the quality leaves something to be desired: the sandwich is often dripping and difficult to hold without tearing. Finally, customer service via WhatsApp did not give me a satisfactory answer. I would not recommend.
