The level of pepper was what I asked for, they are spot on about that.
My main course was not what I expected.
I ordered ground pork sautéed with basil (a classic staple) but I was served the pork in pieces 🧐
Facing half-hearted and unsympathetic service, I let it slide.
The dish generally lacked authenticity, the implementation seemed to be made from elements already prepared and not from a completely homemade base.
The food is therefore correct but it remains clearly adapted to European palates.
08/03/2024: Delicious and copious Thai dishes, fairly wide choice (menu also in English), pleasant, attentive and smiling service, lovely setting. The kitchen staff is Thai, a detail which is important. An excellent address in Levallois! Small restaurant, reservations are required (but the current configuration of tables on the ground floor is better than the old one, more varied: they are no longer two rows of tables stuck together). It can get a little noisy, but what restaurants aren't noisy when the room is full? You won't be disappointed!

21/12/2023: I've had the opportunity to test a lot of things from them, and everything is very good. They also make the best fries around.
19/09/2023: One of the best falafels in Paris (and its inner suburbs), by far and at a reasonable price.
The dishes are homemade and the sandwiches (halal) are huge.
Best value for money and the staff is top notch.

19/12/2023: It's good but it doesn't inspire wonder: sausage + sauerkraut, meat + potatoes... At a really steep price. No fish on the menu. Choice between 2 desserts priced at more than €10. In short, good and well cooked but I eat just as well at the tobacco studios in St Cloud for much less money. We will say that the price is adapted to the customers who frequent the restaurant and not to the dishes served there.

11/04/2024: I have been going to the Express Café for over 10 years for lunch or dinner or to spend an evening with friends.
When I see the last review, I have the impression that he has the wrong address. There is no doubt, he must be talking about a client and not a "server" ;-)
I know them too well to know that that's not their style at all.
The atmosphere in the evening is always great! Discussions are open with all customers. This is why he must have confused a customer and the “server”.
As for the quality of the meals, everything is fresh and of high quality. A personal note to the Chef who always meets the requirements so that we are always satisfied.
I recommend without reservation!!!!

Friendly atmosphere guaranteed, the employees are adorable and attentive. The dishes are good, generous and served quickly.
If you come in the evening the music is in good taste and the drinks are inexpensive.
In short, a neighborhood bistro like we do more.

23/04/2024: The best beef japchae I have ever eaten.
Since I discovered this restaurant (not far from my training), I try to go there often.
I loved japchae so much that I never had anything else (next time I'll have to try something else).
The manager is very kind and accommodating.
The only downside (and again) is when you eat there, due to the small room, when you come out, your clothes tend to smell like food for a while, apart from that I strongly recommend it.

The food is delicious, the light is subdued, and the taste buds are pampered… Attentive service and good dishes, I especially recommend the “plaiy” salad if you like a bit of lemony/tart food with flavor!

01/03/2024: Attention rien à voir avec le site et le cuisine roborative annoncée du Sud-ouest ! Changement de propriétaire. Le service un peu lent au coup de feu mais accueil très agréable. Peu de plats à la carte mais visiblement frais et bons.
24/02/2024: Super bistrot, changement de propriétaire, de lieu et de cuisine, ambiance très chaleureuse et agréable!!
Cuisine bistrot bien travaillée (j’ai pris une échine de porc délicieuse et un crumble en dessert) top, je recommande!
