17/02/2026: I came with my little girl, who loves this restaurant, and I must say the price is reasonable and the self-service buffet, although small, offers enough to satisfy everyone. However, after the perfectly acceptable starters, I was disappointed by the chicken with black mushrooms. The mushrooms were really tough and the chicken lacked flavor. On the other hand, my little girl thoroughly enjoyed the starters and the small apple fritters she asked for, which the cook kindly prepared for her. I must say that the lady who served me was smiling and very pleasant. That's why I'll come back another time so I don't let the black mushrooms, which disappointed me, put me off.

16/02/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious: their lacquered meat is perfectly caramelized and melts in your mouth. As for the sautéed broccoli, it's simply the best I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it!

16/01/2026: Such a let down of the Novotel brand. I have stayed in many Novotels in Europe before however this one did not live up to the usual high standards & expectations for the price range. Rooms are tiny, outdated and in need of a refurb. Cleanliness wasn’t to the usual standards and neither was the customer service - poor for the €€€€. Hotel lobby looked like a school cafeteria rather than prestigious hotel. Usually Novotel rooms come with ironing board & iron but this one didn’t, when I asked reception on the phone if I could get one they said come down and get it. Only plus was that the location is very handy if attending a concert at La Seine Musicale, otherwise all attractions are 45mins away. Would not book again.

21/02/2026: I won't even dwell on the quantities, especially the fries, which are ridiculous. Just look at the photo and try not to laugh. For your information, it's the same thing every time this McDonald's organizes a "game," always with a different excuse: "I don't have access to the app," "You'll have to come back next week," etc. Now, you even have to reserve a time slot to collect a prize... it's ludicrous. I should point out that this feedback is based on about twenty visits. Is the manager even aware of this? You really need to improve your staff training. If you can't organize these events, don't. Making customers feel guilty for simply wanting to collect their prize, while being verbally abused by an unpleasant manager who refuses to listen, is unacceptable.
